Harsh responses indeed, but to be fair there is no such thing as a stupid question, albeit a rhetorical one in this instance. For what it’s worth, I would say that this is a rock solid long term investment in a growth market, so whatever you can afford in your long term savings plan will be money well spent. If however, you want to speculate and turn a buck in the short term: dust off your crystal ball and best of luck.

Guys, here’s the thing: nothing on the ground has changed since you were squabbling last week/month/whatever, unless of course it is the impact of COVID on day to day operations. That is a legitimate question. The rest of it e.g. who is competent and what they should do next, is just hot air. The apparently suicidal sells might be a short term concern for day to day SP, but they do not damage the long term value of your shares. If you believed it was a good investment you were correct IMHO, so hold your nerve.

onefcc - nice one. Those who carp on about Directors and their financial motivation are merely revealing their own motivation, which is to turn a buck on Aim as quickly as possible. Directors are focused on company goals and objectives, and their primary motivation is to achieve those goals and objectives. It’s actually not about the money - success will bring those rewards by default. Those who have managed at that level will know this.

Cinders, please state your credentials. The great majority of your comments are heckles from the cheap seats, so if you could state your experience as a company director or board member, your opinions on how to run a company in the extractives sector might carry some weight. An occasional evidence based fact would also help.

I think VRFB installations will be quicker and cheaper to set up, as well as not requiring large LNG feeds, but would welcome more informed engineering opinion.

Thanks PDub. Re trade value as an indicator, I get that, and I think your theory is applicable to volatile scenarios - today was possibly one for BMN. But across the board, the daily ‘Fundamentals’ seem to correlate with SP movement, at least in my portfolio. I am going to watch more closely tomorrow. BMN does seem to be pretty resilient at the moment, so I am confident.

Quite possibly Dave. But the dust has settled at the end of the day it’s just 1% down, which considering the carnage elsewhere is rather encouraging. Your top up is low risk I think.

One of the few in the extractives sector to hold firm on its SP today, despite a 3:1 sell to buy ratio. That has got to be a good sign.

I suspect that most long term investors were disappointed today, me included. IRON and KZG are equally frustrating, but I rationalise that they are only at first base, with all the risk characteristics of the AIM game. BMN is different: it is a flourishing business with a transformational vision, entirely in line with the energy trends confirmed day by day (e.g Joe B’s statement yesterday). If there is a company in this sector that has a more realistic and coherent strategy for long term growth I would like to meet them. Here endeth the preaching and looking forward to safe and sure SP growth.

Easily explained I think: if a solid investment like this takes an anomalous drop (the strike), with the likelihood of a quick resolution (there was), the smart day traders will take advantage. Do the math. I am in for the long run. How about you’all?
