I would have thought that the Buy/Sell price was a pretty good indicator? Admittedly they get it wrong on occasions if the price is moving quicly, and as folks are quick to point out, but it seems mostly correct.

Most of the sniping begins when the share price drops, and it is at a 52 week low today. I get that. Probably a great buying opportunity if you can get over a book loss, as I try to believing that the company has a great future. What I can't understand, and would be grateful for a view, is that the price drop is going against the Buy/Sell ratio. It is has been doing this a lot (across the mining sector) for a while now, and I know that there are algorithms blah blah blah. But what are the MMs up to? There doesn't seem to be a lot of shorting activity, although lots of day trading as usual.

More like a rebuttal. What is `on the cusp' worth after the `imminent' Grosvenor deal which persuaded me to part with a lot of cash? Grosvenor now seems to be a bonus sometime in the future. ME should have explained how we got to this.

Re Grosvenor, I think the word was ‘imminent’. Not possible, probable, or anything in between. Imminent. By any definition that is misleading investors.

C***junkie et al: not ranting, not criticising, or even suggesting that the soubriquet of every poster undermining my investment seems to begin with a C, or that all most of the informed comment begins with a P, but this line of sack the board, deny them their contracted bonus etc. etc. is just howling at the wind. They are doing OK, and the dynamics of market influences on this very high profile AIM stock defy analysis. It baffles me, but it will come good because it is the perfect business at this confluence of 21st century chaos. I’m in.

C*****c***, I have to break the news that it is a proper company and the Board is performing well in accordance with the declared strategy. End of. Sorry about the share price, I’m suffering too, but also confident it will come good. It’s the AIM game and you have to roll with the punches.

Well of course it was Steven, but the whole point of this type of ‘interview’ is to give the head of the company the chance to give an update in person. It’s just a vehicle for messaging. He has now made a personal commitment to achieving the goals in order to instil further confidence in investors. Works for me. Would be nice if Align did one with Martin Eales!
