It is not a train timetable. Big bucks require due diligence and these transactions rarely go exactly to plan.

Further to the announcement dated 9 November 2021 in connection with the agreed £5.6 million subscription by Grosvenor Resources Pty Limited ("Grosvenor"), Ironveld announces that the two parties remain in close regular contact concerning the closing of the transaction which should take place shortly when Ironveld will issue and allot the 561,505,950 new shares to Grosvenor against receipt of the subscription funds.

All a bit dramatic. Plenty of action today with 42% Buys. Governments are elected on less than that. SP fell only 1%, which, in the context of the Omicron COVID effect, is quite reassuring. Hold Fast.

@Disgruntled…... so that’s about one post per quarter, so you are on a streak right now. Although invested rather more heavily than prudent, I am currently and necessarily resigned to the role of judge rather than an advocate: I simply don’t have time for the meticulous reasearch that is freely offered by the likes of PDub. But this is without a doubt one of the best informed discussion boards on AIM, and I follow it closely. There has been an increasing number of gatecrashers recently, but thankfully the informed commentators can be swiftly separated from the spoilers by quality of content. Well, to be frank, PDub invariably criticizes in a very objective way, and relative newcomers to this forum who jump in with sound bites on dilution and Board performance are not going to get a free ride. Informed comments backed up with data are always welcome.

I have a little experience of Institutional Investment, and the basic requirements for a sound investment are predictability and consistency. Not looking for miracles, just do what you said you would do, and what we based our numbers on. BMN did just that in their RNS today.

Going blue on a Friday against the flow of sales is a real show of confidence from the MMs Vanadium price is moving the needle in the right direction.

BBN is worth listening to. He tries to explain the complexity of a diverse business (on the one hand this, and on the other hand that ) which may be a difficult thing to grasp if you are a confirmation biased chancer like the main protagonist on this thread. The weight of evidence is that BMN are going to live long and prosper. I am still confident in my investment.

Familiar rant, but has to be said. Today, nearly double the shares bought to those sold, and the SP drops 5 points. What’s going on?

Longer term investors should be reassured by these interim results. They show that the company is well positioned for growth, and that the long term strategy has not been thrown off course by the challenges of H1. There are inevitably lots of snipers on this chat room who are taking specific numbers out of context, and presumably were hoping for some magic bullet to bounce the SP. However, the Board messaging is consistent, albeit infrequent, and I for one am happy to sit on my investment.
