Nobody can guarantee workforce compliance from year to year but this is as good as you will get in labour relations. Comparison with UK unions is apples and oranges, so irrelevant. Before posting, could you just reflect on how your streams of consciousness might somehow impact on decisions that folks are making tonight, and how, given the limited volume right now, that might affect the share price? Because, at the end of the day, you are just speculating? On a daily basis?

Don’t think there is any doubt on VRFB technology - just trawl the internet and see the scope and scale of projects worldwide. On the simplified hypothesis that there are probably several layers of commercially viable technology for renewable energy storage, short term (lithium); medium term ((VRFB); and long term (hydrogen) seem to be the front runners for the foreseeable future. Other technologies are possibly viable but not proven or marketable for some time to come. There are are numerous forums to have the technology debate, but I have bought my ticket on the VRFB train and I am riding it to the final destination. GLA.

I guess that they don’t want to be shackled with a deadline e.g. if they said Q1 there would be a very negative reaction if it wasn’t completed by 31 March. I am patient and hopeful.

As Alfacomp says, medium term storage (e.g. overnight) between short term (lithium) and longer term hydrogen. Different energy storage solutions for different power generation applications. VRFB will not necessarily be competing with lithium.
