Some realism I am in shock. This nasty deal as you phrase it is only a MOU and not legally binding and Petroteq are under no obligation to proceed with it. Glad you agree there is a significant chance of this nasty deal falling through due to improvement in circumstances. Shareholders still have to approve this "nasty" deal, not looking very likely is it? Obviously you do realise that that proves my early point, they are only able to use the technology at Asphalt ridge. They have NO rights to use the technology outside of Asphalt ridge.
No they do not, suggest you ring the CEO of Petroteq and ask him. The Deal covers Petroteq oil sands recovery which owns the facility and TMC capital which owns the lease. "The Company owns all of the technology and intellectual property of its environmentally friendly heavy oil processing and extraction process. Petroteq TMC's sole asset is a mineral lease (the "Lease") related to tar sands, oil and other minerals located in and within certain lands situated in Uintah County, Utah. The Lease is subject to a 1.6% gross royalty held by the owner of the property. At its Temple Mountain site in Utah, the Company's property contains an estimated contingent resource of 87,817,000 barrels of bitumen. Petroteq Oil Sands is the owner of the Facility." Read the terms of the deal before spouting drivel.
Still only a MOU and the deal does not even cover the technology, which Petroteq maintains 100% ownership.
Posted my trade which is still open on the day, unlike you, so why would I be rattled its in profit. Responding to the sad individuals who keep on making things up in a pathetic attempt to point score. You will notice that helpful is unable to provide anything to back his claims up of me saying this was a sell. Got to wonder about the mental health of someone that makes up fantasy stories. Wonder what other things he is potentially lying about or making up in an attempt to abuse the market.
Did the mention of two years not provide some sort of clue that the post was not to you.
Can work out that you are still sitting on a massive loss with all those ill timed purchases at much higher prices. If only you had listened over the last two years then maybe you might actually be making money instead of recovering some of your losses.
Not sure why you are continuing to post this lie. Never said sell at .27p and the fact that you are unable to provide a link says it all. Lowlife behaviour lying, wonder what other things you are lying about?
Yep someone that thinks MYN Asphalt ridge stake is worth $100m. One of the most laughable statements posted on here since the chuckle brothers where valuing Shoats creek at $20m.
https://ir.petroteq.energy/press-releases/detail/225/petroteq-energy-inc-secures-interest-free-loan-from "The Company anticipates having the new plant in full production by February 1st" Petroteqs own release clearly in black and white. Its March. Its late. Laughable and embarrassing claiming otherwise.
What date is given in the acquisition rns for 1000bpd production? Simple matter of actually reading what is released and quite simply the continued denial of this is showing how dim some posters are. Production was targeted for February. Its March that is not ahead of schedule Still no link to the blatant lie claim of saying sell at .27. These rampers keep on getting caught out lying. Wonder what else they making up.
What you meant to say is you cannot answer the questions. Make sure you use the filter button correctly this time because clearly you did not do it the last time, someone who says they are doing something then does not is really genuine.
Genuine investors are also wondering why certain individuals never address the companies finances. Whats the cash balance stuy, why did bigtimber not answerer colinH question yesterday If there are paid derampers does that mean that there are paid rampers to who only post positives?
Money is going to be needed, there can be no doubt about that as the company is still currently lossmaking and will be for the foreseeable future. Does not mean a placement necessarily but it is the companies favoured fundraising method, possibly sale of shoats creek interest for the gas or selling a stake in the remediation plant would be two further options. Best to ignore bigtimbers ramblings a brief look through the posting history clearly displays the level of understanding. Around this time last year was ramping about S.America and how shoats creek would be at 1000bpd by now. Has also demonstrated a lack of understanding of shoats creek ownership and operator dynamic and lets not forget caught posting using multiple identities.
Would seem a strange decision to change the name and then do a placing tarnishing the new name with a similar reputation to NCT. Was expecting a placing then the changes to come into affect, new company fresh start scenario. Maybe the new direction does not involve further dilution, feeling mildly optimistic need to lie down to recover.
A valid question colinH100, such a well researched long term investor must have a good understanding of the finances and as you have never asked the question before then they will surely reply to your request.
Revenue $841000 Cost of sales $961000 loss of $120000 So the revenue did not cover anything unfortunately this did not stop the board increasing salaries though. This board is usually full of opinions until finance is mentioned that is. Will not get an answer.
How do you know the plant is full to capacity, the letter did not include any volumes?
The company need to do a better job of explaining the fiscal terms of the RP because significant revenue is to arbitrary. Investors want hard numbers, not woolly statements. Until they explain these more clearly then days like today are going to be repeated and news is going to ignored because most do not know what it means and they will simply not bother looking further. They need to demonstrate the potential of the plant more concisely and they have got to do a better job of selling the investment case because at the minute they are failing to do this.
List them then. Signing up is different from actually being there. The last offshore round bombed and that round will not see any activity on the ground until 2018 if they are taken up. Today Pemex controls the vast majority of the oil industry in Mexico.
Yep only meaningful company in Mexico, feel free to name others if you disagree. Exxon, Chevron, Shell, BP etc no where to be seen. Smaller companies operating one or two licences here or there does not detract from the fact that Pemex still controls most of the oil industry.
