Well its usually a positive sign to see people having skin in the game. Abraham has being with the company for over a year, and if such transformational news was on the horizon, I would expect such a wealthy man to be purchasing shares to participate in the upside. The other directors hardly seem keen either despite the low share price, why did they not take part in the placing's? Just seems odd that there is no apparent interest from those that have the clearest understanding of the progress in Mexico to buy any shares.
Does Abraham hold any NCT shares? Cannot find any record of any purchases and has not breached the 3% threshold. Would expect Abraham to have a substantial holding as he should know what is happening in Mexico. Or does he have options when deals are secured?
Lovely breakfast, no sign of MrMagic though. May have a pint later something Rewy is unable to do for another six years. You must be looking forward to the school holidays.
Why not contact LSE then with your suspicions, it will be investigated and if true then one of multiple account will be deleted. Just like the Angelus account has being removed as another poster on here has experienced. Contact details info@lse.co.uk
I personally would not trust anyone "else" on a bulletin board is different from would personally not trust anyone. Not point scoring I think orselga is attempting to spike others. Why does defending him matter so much to you?
He posts on a bulletin board so the anyone covers his posts, he is saying that his posts cannot be trusted along with all the other posts.
No, orselga said they would not trust anyone. To date there has being no admittance that funding may be required for Mexico, yesterday was the first time orselga admitted this possibility. That is all I wanted.
Something must be motivating you to post otherwise you would not be motivated to take the time to post. Simple logic. Well finally admitted that funding may be required. The company has stated they are looking at numerous routes into Mexico most will require funding you have focused on the one route that will not require funding and subtly alluded to receiving comms from RC on this. I do not trust anyone on bulletin boards, I said it was hard to place any trusts in your posts regarding big news coming and receiving comms from RC. Clearly you are admitting that your posts on this subject cannot be trusted.
Well todays evasion has made it pretty clear as to your motivation and the reason for focussing on the jv element despite the company clearly stating they are also looking at potential acquisitions. The only way NCT are going to buy another company is either through taking on debt or issuing shares. Promoting an unbalanced agenda and it calls into question if the "comms" with RC are even real. Hard to place any trust in your posts now unfortunately. IMO
Evaded the question again. Why is it so difficult to answer. The company have stated they are looking at potential acquisitions, how are the company planning on funding this option they have presented and which you highlighted.
Why are you refusing to give a straight answer to the question? You are being very evasive. How will a potential acquisition be funded? It is a straight forward question.
You say you are not dodging any funding questions but you failed to address how a potential acquisition would be funded. Please answer the question. The company have said they are looking at potential acquisitions. How will this particular avenue be funded?
Not getting paranoid merely presenting the facts. Your posting frequency increases before a placing. This may be a unfortunate coincidence or there maybe more to it. Perhaps someone is using you as a patsy in order to get a placing away by feeding you tidal waves of news knowing full well these hints will be repeated on the boards and twitter.
No you agreed that to dodge "answering" funding questions. You have yet to explain how the potential acquisitions will be funded, only offered vague answers to the jv potential. Simple question how will an acquisition be funded? It is an option that the company has highlighted and should not be ignored in order to provide a balanced view for shareholders.
How are they going to fund the potential acquisitions?
Just adding some reasonable dialogue that was missing from the original post.
StuartRamsey posts on here as stuy. He was also predicting 0.2 soon in April just before the second placing so hardly reliable. Stuy and StuartRamsey increased activity on NCT seems to spike just before a placing.
A long period with sparse details, followed by rumoured director changes can only possibly equate to good news. Very balanced. Fingers crossed the large holders have finally seen sense and booted out RC. If the eternally bullish blog is suggesting that all is not rosy that should be concerning for those that treat that as gospel.
