Yip 100% after the Legislative instrument is through. The majority can’t pull ratification, announce it’s because of legal issues with rates, implement a new legislative instruments on rates, states it’s to a) address this issue but really b) it is to get more mining royalties However then ratify the mining lease prior to the legislation being through!

@jackb14 hopefully the case, however we may see whow confident outside of this board/market is on rat landing. As I think you mentioned previously, we will have folk also de risking prior to any decision who bought in lower. Will be an interesting couple of weeks.

I see it bigger than Lithium, currently Ghana wants the gold revenue and everything else that’s producing (we only see Lithium). Atlantic accepting the rates, and our ratification becomes the yard stick to beat every other miner over the head to achieve the governments goals.

@Sheriff89 noting that sprott is also up again today, interesting times in the Lithium space.

@Sheriff89 it will be interesting after rat, on the assumption that their is a short window of opportunity for a takeover offer betweeen offtake contracts being signed for any buyer.

Mind you I do feel that one of the interested parties in the offtake agreements, more than likely made the latest offer.

@Sheriff89 I don’t see 50p on ratification alone, I can see 50p as a takeover offer after rat and possible before FID yes.

On ratification, FID, offtake in place then I could see it hitting 50p at some point.
