Without getting to geeky, here is why AI is a little schizo at times!

If two people use the "same" AI in different parts of the country and get different results, it is usually because of how the system is configured and contextualised, rather than the core model itself being different.

Here is why that happens:

Location-Based Personalisation: AI engines often use your IP address or GPS data as a "core ranking signal" to provide relevant local answers. For example, a search for "best pizza" will show different results in New York versus London.

Non-Deterministic Nature: Most Large Language Models (LLMs) are non-deterministic, meaning they are designed to give slightly different answers even to the exact same prompt to avoid being repetitive. This happens because they choose words based on probability rather than a fixed "lookup" table.

Geographic "Geo-Bias": Some AI models exhibit geographic variance, performing differently across regions due to how their training data was balanced or how they were fine-tuned for specific markets.

Distributed Data Centres: Large AI systems run on thousands of independent servers spread across different regions. These data centres might be running slightly different versions of the model or have different latency constraints that affect how the AI processes your request.

System Prompts: Companies often apply "hidden" system instructions that tell the AI how to behave based on local laws or cultural norms in different countries

The Exception: By parliamentary convention, "sitting days" for the purpose of LI maturity refer to days where regular public business is conducted.

He flip flops on it Monday maybe Tuesday, committees only usually sit Mondays. So what I think he is trying to say, if it gets pulled they have 2 days.

What I am driving at is that the law does not come into effect until Thursday really. (if math is correct/policy), so I can see rat coming the following week at the earliest.

Well if I could change the title I would! The dates are from me cross checking parliament data/rules and the timeline accordingly. However to be clear the exam question is the table below counting dates, durations and the policy of the government and how they count sitting days.

Well it feels like we are getting to that pinch point, if wasn’t for the fact that the now minority were consistently called 🤡, and that the new majority seem to be getting on with it, and even played a thought out strategy, I would agree with the 50/50, however they seem to have stood up and from what I cans have from a political perspective need to do push the royalties and ewooya through.
