At last!! Finally things seem to be moving, takeover now unconditional and settlement for accepters within 14 days. Hurrah!!

Just read the "BSIF Share News" at the top of this page. They're equally in the dark, having reported that BSIF aims to raise Eu 8M to pay down the Eu 200M revolving credit facility and fund further purchases. My maths isn't the best but I don't think that's going to work! Very odd isn't it, I don't think I've seen an RNS written like this before. Would have expected some clarification by now?

Not altogether clear is it BTB? I can see the retail element is looking to raise Eu 8M so I guess that's the bit us PI's will be scrapping over. Perhaps they're going to assess II demand before deciding?

UKW is doing really well isn't it? Originally bought there July 21 & took up the offer in November. Would like to add some more there when funds allow.

OK so 1.79p, must have used up my psychic powers on TMIP! Nice uplift in the NAV too though, another solid performer.

Placing at 130 XD so not too bad, still needs growth IMHO so likely to be more raises in future. Nice yield though, solid no-frills earner.

No dividends now either so once again PI's missing out. No-one seems to give a toss about the smaller shareholders!

Yes I've bought a few here too for the same reasons spindok, so far so good. Should be due a dividend declaration this week which by my reckoning & based on the new target set by NESF should be 1.88p. I've got some BSIF too, similar yield & ethos but hasn't performed quite as well as this recently. Still a decent share though IMV.

Terrific update, seems to have been going from strength to strength since the last raise at 101p. Hope it continues.

I remember PB well. He used to regularly post on the TW website in the 20p days, telling everyone we were doomed and to get into VOG. Fortunately I ignored his drivel & kept investing in TW. I have suffered significant losses here though, like you PottyTime. Lessons learned, hopefully - certainly moved on!

I didn't subscribe to the offer because I don't trust PB with my money. You never get to see what they've done with it, or any shares you have been allocated, or where they're at with the transfer process, or returning any unused funds to you, until it's all complete. And you have no control over that. Having said that, thousands of people seem happy to use it, so it must work for them even if it can take longer than you'd like. I wouldn't panic at this stage. K

Wish all my predictions were that good Tovers! This has just moved from being a great investment for me to an outstanding one. Wish I'd had the courage of my convictions (or more cash to hand more like) so I could have bought a lot more. Still time though, pretty muted market reaction to what was fantastic news & XD date for the special divi 19 May. My average is 86.1p so the dividend at this level is looking very healthy, rounding off a fantastic year since listing.

Nice bounce-back today, hopefully the start of better times ahead for HEIQ.
I agree with your assessment MMB007, I think this is just the kind of innovative, profitable organisation that private equity would love to take out. Big growth coming and the prospect of further acquisitions too. Fair value would seem to me to be somewhere close to £2 given the potential, let's hope it can claw it's way back there before someone with deep pockets picks it up for a song. GLA.

Yes pernix, just a week now until this goes XD. There's so much bad news factored into the SP now and increasingly difficult to see how it could all have such an adverse effect on the growth prospects of Strix. In the mean time, the yield has risen above FTSE 100 average level which is an absolute bonus on a growth share like this. Could see a significant turnaround once Covid in China settles back down and/or the situation in Ukraine improves. Sub-£2 coming in the short term though by the look of it.

So, "the Board will consider an extraordinary dividend in early May." Tomorrow is the 6th so potentially an announcement could come any day now. This could be the last chance to buy ahead of that news.

You could just read the information already provided by the company. The half-year results (20 Dec 2021) include a whole section (note 8) dedicated to Fair Value measurement. It's about 3/4 way through the document. If you still have any questions having read the report, follow it up with them then.
