There are plenty of other Trusts that have voted to go down the wind-up route (VSL, TENT, API, RLE just from my own portfolio) and haven't taken anything like a 50% hit. In fact, in some cases they've actually improved on the NAV on disposal. Things are looking a lot better in the commercial property sector than they were a couple of years ago, so no reason to think they couldn't dispose of assets with, at most, 10-20% discount to NAV.
