I have been invested here for 14 years. I own c. 0.15% of the company on a free ride plus have money in the bank still from top-slicing in 2020, most of which I have since reinvested here. If that's messing up, then I've messed up big time. What about you?

The frustrating thing about the dividend reduction, for me, is that they've been banging on for quarter after quarter telling us how clever they were being by diversifying away from UK & therefore not impacted in the way that (e.g.) GRID has been. Not looking so clever any more though.

Just been listening to the presentation on Investor Meet Company. They referred throughout to photobooths & laundry as "core" businesses, the implication being that the other divisions are non-core. This makes sense since the photo and wash businesses appear to be the more profitable and easily scalable elements of the business. WashME has already overtaken PhotoME for revenue generation in the UK and is growing strongly across other geographies. All in all, terrific interims and a nice rise in the dividend.

Not amused. 1p dividend per quarter for the first 3 quarters followed by a "possible" 4p final dividend subject to meeting all targets. Since they've changed the existing policy to suit their cashflow needs, I see no purpose to them issuing further policies / targets for the dividend since they are clearly not worth a fig. Looks like other revenue streams are following that of the UK and dropping through the floor.

I will make a prediction that the final dividend will be less than 4p.

Take your £2.50 next time it comes along, just don't try selling the company out from under the noses of LTH's for such a ridiculous amount. I was BUYING at £2.50 (in old money) not so long ago!

For anyone saying £5 would be great, where were you a few years ago when it went over £5 (in old money)?

I can't speak for others but I want LTH's in SAR to be the big beneficiaries if 1801 is commercialised, not some giant pharma taking us out for £5 and making a killing out of it. I don't know why you keep mentioning a £1bn valuation before RF but I genuinely don't see us getting anywhere close to that without going further than P1a, however good the data might be. Others will disagree, that's just my opinion but I'm entitled to it. You recently described 1801 as a "loss leader", is that still one of your opinions?

From the latest RNS: "Sareum Holdings plc (AIM: SAR), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation kinase inhibitors for autoimmune disease and cancer..."

"Developing" leaves plenty of scope for a Phase 2 trial. Ideally that would be with a partner following a licencing agreement but if it's not forthcoming, as was the case before commencement of Phase 1, then we should raise the funds required & go it alone IMHO.

Been saying it for a while now, the big pot of gold lies at the end of a Phase 2 trial. Whatever has to be done to get there, has to be done IMHO.

All looking good to me, underlying profit up, revenue up, EPS up and a positive outlook. Increased capex will lead to increased revenue in subsequent years. Will add here when funds available.

Closing in on 12-month highs this morning. Markets don't much care which flavour of Government is in power, what they like is certainty & consistency as opposed to the chaos of recent years.

Why? All the Phase 1 trial results will do is prove that the compound as dosed isn't a threat to life or damaging to the health of fit, healthy subjects. The real lift-off for SAR would be if Phase 2 could demonstrate efficacy in the treatment of psoriasis sufferers. That's where the rocket fuel resides. Yes, we could see a "partner" emerge with deep pockets who can turbo-charge the process of reaching Nirvana but, more likely IMV, SAR will have to raise the money to move ahead, rapidly, with the next stage of testing.

Results due Wednesday 10th July.

I think the important thing here, as they emphasised during the presentation, is that investors take the time to vote against the discontinuation motion when it comes up. Most brokers now enable shareholders to register their votes online for AGM/EGM gatherings so you won't have to attend in person. I'm with HL and they've been providing this service for some time now. It will probably be institutional voting that decides the outcome at the end of the day, but just in case - please vote against the motion to discontinue, as recommended by the Board, when the time comes.

Depends on investor take-up Gerry. If take-up is high they won't need to worry about breaching the 30% limit. If take-up is low, however, they may well end up with 30% or more.

I take your point baldmark, and the bond repayment is certainly an unwanted distraction which could and should have been dealt with a long time ago. With the sp slowly making it's way towards the placing price, the options for shareholders are not looking great are they?

Consensus view of posts below seems to be 61p, backed up by HL showing 62-63p estimated NAV currently. Either way - 61p, 56.6p, 56.4p - my point is, they're all an order of magnitude higher than the current SP. Which would you rather have?

There are plenty of other Trusts that have voted to go down the wind-up route (VSL, TENT, API, RLE just from my own portfolio) and haven't taken anything like a 50% hit. In fact, in some cases they've actually improved on the NAV on disposal. Things are looking a lot better in the commercial property sector than they were a couple of years ago, so no reason to think they couldn't dispose of assets with, at most, 10-20% discount to NAV.
