Early days yet adv11 but certainly off to a great start, nice quarterly dividend and some capital growth. The new vessels are being chartered at some pretty spectacular rates, just what we need. It'll be interesting to see if the dividend is paid directly in £ rather than $. If not, it makes you wonder why they're listed under TMIP (priced in £'s) as well as TMI (priced in $'s). I'd assumed it would be similar to RDSA & RDSB?

Sorry I haven't been around much lately, my wife was recently diagnosed with a serious illness & so I'm spending most of my time as carer now she's out of hospital. Glad things are still going along nicely here, all looking good. K

This really is a game-changer. Lots of very nice snippets of information contained within the RNS - well worth reading a couple of times. This has always been, and remains, a jam-tomorrow share, but at least they have finally begun the process of making the jam.

Ah yes, of course it does sidi. Still, if they keep raking in bigger payments without spending more capital it'll definitely help! Very happy with how things are progressing here. GSF clearly feel the additional revenue stream is materially significant, hence the RNS this morning, but the SP has only increased by 1.32%. More to come, I feel, so I've broken my new rule of not buying unless the company is raising funds.

Surely that 4th quarter dividend will be 2p now? Be great to round it up to 2p per quarter. More in the pipeline too. For a boring divi payer this is getting quite interesting now!!

Placing heavily oversubscribed, even though the number of shares on offer was doubled. No surprise there, just have to wait now to see the extent of scaling back and return of unused funds.

Yes I'm in here for the long term too. If it gets to c. 120 I might trim a few off so I can buy more in the next fundraise but I doubt it will go that high. I'm about 3/4 of the way to my long-term target of 15,000 shares here. I must admit, I've learned a lot from adv11's style of investing, although I don't limit myself to quarterly dividend payers. Have you guys had a look at TMIP? The company buys second-hand vessels and is leasing them out on either short-term, very high-return contracts or medium-term, high-return contracts. It's not my usual type of investment, but they're targeting a 7% dividend going forward and, when you've got the likes of John Lewis leasing ships to ensure supply, you know it's a good time to look at maritime investments. Nope, over on TMIP. TMI is denominated in US$, TMIP (same company) is listed in GB£ so you don't have to faff about with a W-8BEN form. Like RDSA & RDSB.

Acquisition of Motorline Holdings, providing exposure to increased earnings potential from Toyota, Lexus & Hyundai plus increased positions with VAG etc. Seems a good fit with the existing business and in line with company strategy, all funded from existing resource. "We will review the potential level of excess capital for the 2021 financial year at the time of our 2021 full year results in March 2022, for payment in 2022."

Yes I know Hardboy. I COULD use PB but I won't, for the reasons you've outlined. For me to use their app, I would also require:
Secure login with strong authentication.
The ability to securely transfer money into a client account in my own name.
Visibility of my money at all stages.
In-app notification of details of any transactions undertaken by PrimaryBid on my behalf, with my money.
In-app notification of secure transfer of shares from PrimaryBid to my broker.
In-app notification of secure transfer of any remaining funds from my client account to my bank account.
Since the PB app doesn't currently appear to offer these features, which I would expect from any institution holding my money, I won't be using it.
Meanwhile, HL has now made the offer available to shareholders so I'll be applying there.
