GF, can you please explain something, why does it show down at 24/25.2 as the bid is rising. Don't understand
normally i wake up with lots of messages on the board. today nothing! nothing sinister
After all the excitement since Friday, suddenly gone all very quiet. Lets hope as a minimum we consolidate around this SP before the next leg up
Crumbs, on the basis that most patients are fearful for an early end I completely agree. The said patient is sharing to give hope and knowledge to those in a similar situation. Lindy will share when appropriate probably in consultation with the patient
Ratty, is the first time the SP has risen as a direct result of a positive AGM. i think so. I remember a couple of the disasters as the price tanked during the AGM as people were selling sitting in the audience. What's great of course is the higher it gets now, the higher the base for the next positive RNS
already ticked up now bid over 21.02
i don't think it actually will. We fell back to 10p already on it not happening very quickly already and the recent upside is the deal and moditope based. In addition it is the knowledge on immunobody that will also be really useful.
its been a very long journey and it was always about Moditope and what it could do and how it could change lives. I always talk about my dad on here. He lost his mum at 72 and his wife at 69 who both had very painful deaths. His sister at 80 who went very quickly at 80 when she refused to be treated. He had melanoma, was resected and recovered. his new partner now of 15 years had breast cancer, breast removed and recovered. I know I am not alone with these personal stories. So for those long-term holders who understood the enormity of what Lindy was trying to achieve and our faith in her genius and literally willing for it to work, the incredible financial gains will simply be a deserved consequence of that faith to beat the biggest cruelest killer of them all. Like many here I bought originally in the 30's though through accumulating annually in my ISAs my average is about 18. So its been scary at times with so much in. But those chats with Lindy a few years ago at Oxford VCT AGMs gave me complete faith in her so stuck it out. Having listened to the AGM, I might just have been right. It was always obvious that if Moditope did what it said on the tin (and in the mice!), incredible things would happen here. I think it is worth now saying thank you to Redmile, Dingle and Vulpes for their vision and support in the darker days.
in the long-term short term SP not critical but it is comforting to see a double digit gain!

I would expect a RNS as if good news very market sensitive .
there will be many chances to exit partially or wholly for long term holders at a very nice profit potentially in the relatively near term. Would love to know Redmile's strategy. Calculus and Oxford Technology, the original investors are in at around 5p. OXT average is 6.3p I think. Redmile average is probably in single figures. We all have targets and personal goals. I have 500,000 of these built up over 10 years in tax free ISAs. Just very aware what can can happen to these Biotech stocks in a very positive way if Moditope really does what it is meant to never mind everything else
TF, I was trying not to ramp but also looking to the point where SP could be several £s. Don't disagree endgame due to Redmile and price of options could well be and probably be sooner. I did try and cover the point that long term holders will cash in at least a proportion of their holdings well before that. Be far too risky to wait to the end. Too many examples of SPs going stratospheric only to halve later.
C7, I would go as far as to say that with Moditope it is a matter of how long one can wait. What we don't know is Redmile's end game in terms of exit price and timing. Personally 3 years from now works for me for a really big win (£s for SP)but everyone's personal circumstances and needs are different and on an upwards curve that will effect things as the ten percenters will do what they do and the longer term investors cash in a proportion of their chips. I have no doubt this will happen though in one way or another, timing not withstanding.
my 90 year old dad had melanoma last year. Thankfully they got rid of it and even better it did not spread. But in the midst of the crisis RG was great and if the scan was bad it is incredible that we had the SC1B1 trial in reserve as he would have been the perfect patient as it was early stage and the melanoma had been resected. Thankfully we did not need it. Just another a little real world story and example of the difference Scancell will make.
just read it. very moving with the new potential patient and Tilley's response. You can not buy this type of PR and this will break out in to the mainstream naturally
The 28 p high was based on a high profile SKY piece on Covidity at the height of the pandemic , so was short lived hype. But based on that a nice positive bullish RNS on a long term solution for a Covid with a major long term parter will appeal and be comprehensible to the masses and take this to the next level. That would be a nice XMAS/New Year present.A further announcement on Moditope 1 trail not withstanding
that seems pretty good use of the licence fee we received. shows what a bit of liquidity can do
most of us don't trade. well i am not clever enough. so not relevant information for me
the nice thing is the rise on relatively small volumes rerate hopefully happening and should be much more solid than the covidity hype rise
