TF, the trial is now in full throttle so to speak. the results from the next batch of trialists announced today will be pivotal and should be game changing. if that does not provide a substantial re rate not sure what will. Hopefully will all the other stuff going on, we get some really good news before then to provide a higher base from which the rerate will happen.

Totally agree. have a look at the various websites on how everyone is now an expert on cricket as the best team in the world changed tactics and caught England out for a 40 minutes or so. its exactly the same as on here. next week it will be tennis etc etc

With all the comments and doubts on the SP, surely the only thing that matters at the moment is that the trial is successful in however that should be measured. Add a couple of commercial deals and the SP will take care of itself. What Lindy has been trying to achieve over the last 10 years is so difficult and it has now reached squeaky bum time. At worse we will know in weeks/months. In simple terms as I have said before my 91 year old dad lost his mum(72), his wife(69) and sister(82) to cancer. Do I have to spell out how different his life would have been if these treatments were around and it works. It's the results that matter now and nothing else and the trial is happening. By the way yes I do look for the RNS every day!

Dracula.we have no idea. for all we know the deafening silence is because they are being really brave in negotiating a deal or the moditope data is so good they need to work out how to announce it because when we do, we get one chance to get it right and land the message that this is not just something that extends life for a bit for x% but something that reduces and destroys tumours in a rather larger percentage.

I don't think now is the time for a moditope deal. However everything else is on the table. So in next 3 months, combine great moditope results plus deals on other products is what would turbocharge the SP from its present slumber. Which is why I said we need to separate what we are trying to achieve on what product.

Remember there are 2 separate issues here. further proof that moditope is the real deal and so a positive progress report. Secondly deals on the other stuff

From the blog it seems we are going to have a lot of data relatively soon. we all know that if this works a long 10 years after the initial Lindy lightbulb moment this will pop so its a question of when. I invested heavily here because of my belief in Lindy having met and chatted to her at a few Oxford VCT AGMs. Very rarely in life you meet someone who just seems special and unique and Lindy was one of those occasions. As frustrating the trial process is I have nothing to change my initial gut reaction on her.

The low level reaction is because the poster reflected the February RNS which we all knew about and the posters had to be reflective of that and they are the rules of the 2 conferences that the posters were presented at and no more can be added. So we all have no idea of the progress since February except the trial is progressing, doses are being escalated and the combo trial is underway which implies to me so far so good and it is working, all from last week's RNS. These are all critically ill patients with hard to treat cancers so death is genuinely possible just because of who our sample is. What is success? Stopping the growth of the tumour, reducing the tumour by X% or only by completely melting it in every patient and when is the crucial timescale when it can be judged. How many 'Trish's do we need it for it to be a wow and turn your investment in to the millions?

For the sake of repeating myself, Lindy stated at the AGM, that when she next announces updates the world will sit up and take notice, hence her being totally silent. The rules of preparing the 2 presentations are what they are and hence February being the marker for those, so no surprises there for those of us following it so closely. With the conference coming up this week, logic is they will want to discuss more openly latest results and can't go around with an NDA I would imagine for everyone they want to have a chat with so quietly hopeful of an update this week and one that will make everyone sit up and take notice

Well if there was a day for speculation today is it. with presentation tomorrow is today the last day to buy these shares at these ridiculously low prices?

not sure if the poster has been put up yet. Lots to discuss from it and from my layman perspective looks very promising.focuses on head & neck portion of the trial and I think 31 patients in 2 separate arms with 7 to 9 months of treatment.

Some trade some do not. some view it is how many you hold if very big news breaks. some don't care.

It has been quoted several times that Lindy said at the AGM she will wait until when she says something everyone will sit up and take notice big time and she knows that time will come. so not sure what has changed. Just that moment has not arrived as of today. but it will.

The best PR comes from the outside and not manufactured. It is then the company's PR job to manage it. Great article.

Had a little read up on the conference. Astounding how much going on in cancer and there is us knowing/hoping we have the answer. Therefore after some thought why Lindy said at AGM that the results must be outstanding and solid to make the world sit up and notice. She knows what she has to do and is totally focussed on what is required to rise above all the noise which in my mind means she understands the commercial landscape perfectly
