one further point from me. the trial results focus on the point that trial patients did not catch covid at all. There is no mention of deaths or serious illness. the present crop of vaccines focus of preventing hospitalisation and death, not preventing covid infection just limiting its effects. pardon my ignorance but that seems massive.
this is the first ever vaccine trial that potentially attacks the core of a virus of which the social effects we are still suffering today and that completely made our world leaders make decisions that affected all of us because they did not understand and were fearful of what they were dealing with. In my eyes it is possible Lindy was the first one that truly did.
the facts are that the trial so far proved that covidity attacks both the N and S receptors. This is the first vaccine that does not only attacks the variable part of the virus but also the core part of the virus which the MRNA vaccines do not do. This is actually really big news. So all we now need is one major pharma who do not have a financial interest in the dominant MRNA space where producing a different vaccine every year suits them to jump on board to disrupt the current monopoly.
he was referring to all the sniping at the delay of the results and the deep analysis by some experts on here that any covidity premium has now been discounted.
someone manufactures the flu and pneumonia vaccines which are given to millions just in the UK every year never mind world wide. Covidity vaccine will just be part of that ongoing. someone has to supply it and what better than a forward facing universal vaccine. Long-term solution still up for grabs.
it will be Ichor cashing in their options
looks like ichor will sell a few shares for their own cash flow. oh well. ride it out
wasn't ichor used in the original sc1b1 trial which is now complete which triggers the options. so still think it is housekeeping as ichor no longer involved. certainly a nice earner for ichor
Another piece of housekeeping to clear the decks
surely the MMs are just trying to find a level where they can generate some volume, hence marking it down to generate buys and then later sells. buying and selling is the only way they make money. trouble is when people on here have been
building up a stake over a 10 year period for some and waiting for the big news, maybe this share doesn't follow the normal pattern.
up to this point we have always been news driven as there has been no turnover up to the Genmab deal. Luckily for us, with so many trials and relatively imminent infection points, many opportunities for lots of positive news this year which will create the interest from a wider audience to create more share trading volume we all crave. However this increased volume will create more volatility as it is a never a straight line up. Barring a complete sell out at a lower price, this will reach £s for the SP. Just a question of how long it will take.
having worked in cancer/oncology for much of his life, what better way to secure his legacy than being part of what moditope hopefully will do in changing lives by melting tumours. if anyone here has any doubts what we are trying to do, there is a heartbreaking storyline in eastenders with a character with an inoperable brain tumour with no hope and expecting to die before she is 30. When moditope matures and works across many types of tumours/cancers this changes everything. I know its only a soap, but with what I know from here, it is rather poignant and shows how massive what Lindy is trying to achieve.
if this doesn't give the clearest indication of where Scancell is heading, I am not sure what will. his skillset and experience gives us everything even the most dire hard deramper on here has been craving for. This is a very important part of the puzzle to help maximise all the assets we have. Bit like appointing a 'dragon' from Dragon's Den with excactly the right black book. Put Lindy in front of the right people I know she will deliver.

Thanks for the link Ciaskin, Looks like he is the perfect fit to achieve everything we are craving for.
tax pay payday tomorrow. people sell for all sorts of reasons not related to the fundamentals. though frustrating such big drops on such small volumes
it always grates me when people on here saying they could of got a better deal. Would love those who clim that would back it up by what they have achieved themselves.
I would hazard a guess that someone asked them for more data in more detail regarding Covidity.
regarding the mild panic and frustration, we are so far ahead of where we were last year, it is incredible. We are days/weeks/months away of getting hard data from the moditope trial on multiple patients across multiple cancers.
As I mentioned before I had my 90 year old father on standby after his melanoma scare for the SC1B1 trial but having had it removed thankfully it did not spread after several scans. Knowing we had an alternative to chemo or doing nothing like his sister decided who died in less than a year is an incredible thing.
what Scancell doing is incredible and sure there will still be bumps along the road. with all these live trials it is very real now.
Getting a 10/20/30 x return as quickly as possible on several hundred thousand shares would be more than life changing for me as it would be for many on here so patience and nerves of steel required because that does not happen very often.
WTP, bid up 5% in last few minutes. maybe a fleeting moment in the sun
we have no idea which patient received how much dosage and how long they have been receiving it. Also the way the trial is structured is to find out how much different types of cancers react to how much moditope if you know what i mean. That is why it is a trial and what adaptations need to be made if any. i would be very surprised if it was universal. it is very early days but as i said earlier we will know within weeks/months.
day traders do what they do. long term shareholders all looking forward to collecting their winnings.
