Well you either understand the basic principals of there being a level playing field in securities legislation and that directors cannot deal on inside information full stop or you shouldn’t be anywhere near listed markets.

I’m not arguing around what transpired in 2018 ..when you said “ directors buys slammed in after” the initial news ,this is completely untrue.

What i am saying is fact , that if the directors are aware of information that would be price sensitive if divulged to the market they would not be allowed to deal. Full stop .

What happened and the circumstances around it in 2018 i was not around at that point ..after the initial announcement the ceo sold 1.7m in May , there was some modest buying after the finals in Oct far less than were sold. The then CEO and Pickett dumped a load just before the US customer walked weeks later maybe they knew but was protected by an NDA..

You think that the company is aware that the order is for Apple to go into their latest AR headset and you also think that that information is not price sensitive…so the directors should be allowed to deal. It is the price sensitivity of the information not just that it is a commercial order i am arguing.

It was a development agreement rather than a commercial order so there was limited scope which proved to be very limited.

Daz im telling you if they know the underlying customer they have lied to their shareholders and they have dealt in the shares whilst having price sensitive information. NDA’s fine tell shareholders but don’t deal in the equity until the information is shared.

Ngr I’m not sure they are claiming they are the only ones that have materials enabling SWIR sensors at all…they are saying as far as i can tell if they believe their materials are in a product they can prove it. Other companies including QS down the road are claiming they have similar metals based solutions and there are a fair few others think Nanonano listed the other day ..so its not the same a CFQDs where they dont think anyone else can do it ..it seems more specific to where they believe their materials might be being used.

European customer has only just been renamed after three years in stealth mode.

Since everyone new including being named in free marketing by the company (edison) it is probably the worse stealth mode ever. Just looked ridiculous.

Nanonano ..if you just listen to what he actually says ..if they think that STM sensors incorporating their materials are used in a device they can tear down and announce to the world irrespective of confidentiality agreements ..thats what i am reading .

So if they get hold of a VP and test the sensors for their materials then whether their customer or the end customer likes it or not they can and they say will disclose if they are present. I thought that was a good thing in terms of potential clarity.

So definitely worth listening to all the Q&As before saying there is no mention of January and making me have to go back to prove stuff.

There are a number of ways of moving cash from the balance sheet to shareholders as capital or income ..the end result is pretty similar.

Those with shares in tax wrappers it makes very little difference for a few more months to suit them having waited for a year to get the money in the first place might not go down that well.

They have guided that the return will be made at the end of Feb early March they need to revise that pretty soon if they intend to differ payment to new tax year.

I don’t see it happening.

Well im sure if private equity thought they could buy the company near current market cap they would be happy to as it pretty self funding ..then they could either run with it to see if the sensors fly or sell the business and patents for a chunk of change. Very low risk with an aggressive attitude.

The issue is if there is low level traction and the company sits and burns and keeps coming up with new great things that keeps the lights on chugging through the cash left in the business as we have been for quite a while.

I genuinely hope that the company succeeds and i genuinely hope the new independent blood on the board brings new improved levels of governance and accountability. So fingers crossed hey..because thats all we have to work with at the moment.

Same presentation that said if there was a device out there they thought might contain their dots they would tear it down to find out and announce if they had not been informed.

Accusations are the they are delaying..so they delay to get another NED on board to avoid the accusation that they are delaying …outstanding.
