although ESS sale nor 2020 Yr End results pushed it up, an update of on target for H1 along with the 3 business unit sales of anything over 200M may then become the catalyst - it needs something but still see it pushing (maybe through) 50p by end of June - 60p by August, then moving more freely through to march 2022

My prediction - 3 sales of business units totalling 230M be announced mid June along with refinancing deal struck to take debt out over longer period

SP to be 45-47 range by end of May
Test 50p again June when we have the above announcement

Stuart Morgan (IR) responded to my email re AGM and he confirmed they were still intending to announce the 3 sales in H1 and also confirmed that the business was stil expecting to deliver revenue growth, disposals and debt refinancing

200M+ taken off non IFRS debt reduces what needs refinancing to 250-400M (with further 200M+ expected within a year of further disposals)

That and the forecast profit for 2021 of circa 225M gives this share a major boost

Yes its been a dog, but its undervalued and unless you need cash for other things, this is as safe as they get with still big upside IMHO, but DYOR guys

Pedro - I have emailed the company asking about clarification at before or at AGM or how to put that question (not heard back)

However, IMHO, there is almost NO chance of dilution (never thought there was), because I believe the short term cash requirement will be relatively small (maybe $5M?) plus a small buffer.

I am also hoping for some good news on LD / WB that could be the catalyst to raise this SP

My reasoning is, if an exploration company spends say (conservatively) $30M to look for copper, then has (as per Cornish) a 15 year period to develop, then having a known asset (LD /WB) that can produce in say 3 years, then that is worth way more than the Market Cap of RMM as it currently stands

We are aware that LD has activity going on there which was supported in the RNS by the company stating that they were getting more results from drilling there

The "several unsolicited approaches" will be waiting on these so that they can make their offers

This is a sellers market - lets see what the next couple of months bring

That was in the projections and plans already

Dont forget at 31 March we still had $8M in cash (6 in bank plus the 2 from assets sale received April)

And we are generating .75M each week from sales (which would alos have been in the cashflow for the money)

The issue was that the delay for say (not recieving the funding until mid Feb) could well have been that the cash flow suggested receiving it 4 weeks earlier - so the only shortfall is purely the cash burn before funding was received

ie, the plan from day 0 after funding is received is the same, its just you have less in bank at day 0 of your cashflow because youve burned some more waiting

This is why I believe the talk of short of cash etc is completely over played and that 1 person selling such a significant volume at 20% discount to ask has created this drop, which has then further triggered a sell off

No issues with anybody doing what they do to make money and the fundamentals here are so strong it only matters if you sell and cant hold for your target exit

My estimates say $5M approx - this is short term cashflow and Capital part for speeding up output

TB will not have achieved what they have with the $10M raised and carrying on with other capital developments if the initial 10M was way too short - and the debt swap would not have happened either

Most of this cash could be covered with an overdraft facility - and part in a 12mth loan with capital repayment holiday

Cornish has estimated that sales are circa $100k per day, and ramping up all the time

The hedge at $7700 was a great deal and they will want to speed up getting more out of the ground to fulfill that and then take advantage of a future deal

RMM is still on course to make a profit by end of year - a simple cashflow statement says that cash from profits will be short to cover the capital expenditure in year

One thing I am sure of, is that TB will be under promising and over delivering in 2021 and 2022 as you are only as good as your last performance - and that for TB is delivering a successful 2021

agreed castle - but when we got to 38p last Autumn (I came in at 23p last summer) it was a big hurdle to get over - OK we shot up to 50p a couple of times, but the 38-42p range has been 6mths (not 3-5 days)

It is very unloved and is always referred to as Crapita by so many

Maybe a name change and full rebrand is required to go along with its change of plans in how it operates.

Within that 6mths of it being mainly 38-42p, we have one a 1.3BN contract, sold a business unit that was old and cumbersome for 400MN

Reduced debt significantly and showed the turnaround is actually working

To any other share, that would signal 60p value now, raising to 80p by time half year is announced and if on plan rising to a quid by Q1 2022

Thats what this share "should" be doing

IMO, Volume is there for buyers, because holders get bored and sell at small profit / loss

Lets hope todays movement supports the TA that we may now be turning the corner and move up to say 45p for month end (assuming no news)

Without the FTSE being slammed this morning, maybe we wouldve risen today a little more.

I emailed with IR yesterday and they say that they still expect 3 business units to be sold before end of June and cash received in H2 - so maybe that news could help elevate us back to the 50p again

Anyway, GLA and nice to see that the trolls have gone to play elsewhere

The issue I see is that the IIs are loaded in here. PIs looked at the headlines of March 17 report and kept thinking the business is loss making because thats what the press kept posting -

It is not the sort of share that is ever going to be fashionable - its now a safe share at a major undervalue that i treat as a bank account within my investment account!

Buy some when I take cash from other shares, sell some when I see a good opportunity elsewhere

It will come good I have no doubt, but need to see that the company has made the profits they (I/we) expect this year

Nice to see it green with most of my other investments red - but its a buying day so the bank of CPI will have a little withdrawal to pick up a little more of others that I will then sell within days/weeks and deposit back into CPI!!

Agree fully - overdraft may well be enough but I think a JV entrance fee will make a material impact to the balance sheet at these prices - looking good and was never worried about this being dilution

Abzzba - who knows! but yes they said about 45 days and I am sure they intended to be prudent in that but as many of us realists know, construction (esp of this nature) can easily have delays so if it took 60 days I dont really care - just as long as it happens!

It could just as easily take 40 days and we hear soon - but all I can see is that when its realised that with the new contracts and the flow increased, the Market Cap is a joke against the expected profits for 2021 and especially 2022

Argentina are this week over night expecting about 8 deg. This is the low level of July, so really there could be a signifivant increase in demand and we are able to increase output and cheaply

Lets get the work done and hope its freezing in Argentina for a few months!!!

15% up and still way to low! this is just starting to bring us back to rock bottom pricing - last short period was crazy low

Its now 5 weeks since the Q&A and it was estimated that the new pipe would be ready in about 6 weeks - its construction so lets say there was some slippage - but with great contracted sales and increasing output, and a tiny market cap in an area that is just about to go into winter, what is there not to like about this?

Dont forget on the last RMS this shot to 1.75!

Nobody has missed any boats here - this has got a long way to go and I expect it will go pretty quickly within the next few weeks

totally agree Sam - I went from 75k paper profit to 15k paper loss - disappointing obviously, but not worried at all

The short term cash required I expect to be pretty low and I expect deals on LD / WB that could double the Mkt Cap now on their own!

Have to admit to being a little disappointed not to get news of at least one disposal with todays AGM.

Here was a question from Barclays Analyst at 17 March presentation and Outgoing Interim CFO response

Yeah. I mean, you're targeting £400 million new proceeds with a revenue basis £700 million. And it doesn't seem, I sense things are rather unambitious. I mean, what does it imply in terms of the profits coming out of those assets? It may be split between the two buckets that you've talked about, with £200 million going in this year and £200 million sort of next year and beyond.

Sure. As you can imagine, it's always, giving an estimate of this is always fraught with difficulty in a public forum. And I think historically Capita has actually done better than expected in proceeds. I think it's safe to say the market was disappointed when we sold ESS for less than what the market had been anticipating. So, I think -- I think you could argue, sorry, it's possible to argue that we are -- we have learned a lesson from that. And there are a number of disparate businesses there. And at the end of day, several are already underway, and we're probably better informed than those ones. And others will be dependent to a circumstance on to cover it. So, say we're being reasonably cautious.

8 weeks later and no more news - hope at least one is soon, otherwise there will be nothing to report until H1 results.

But Im hoping we have news update on a sale of one of the business units they planned, and that Royal Navy Contract has been implemented on track.

As long as they deliver what they said they would deliver in March for 2021, then I still see 90p by end of year.

The SP is way too low for the fundamentals, but, until there is even talk of dividends, this share wont attract lots of PI

Hoping it finally breaks 50p to be at 60p by end of June - but, this share is like the bank for me - happy to leave 200k in and review when we get to 80/90p

I first came in at 23p and trade it lots also so never bothered about a couple of poor months or spikes up - its a long term play for me

A deal for LD / WB could be worth the current Market Cap alone - this is a known site that with a few quid can be up and running and selling at these copper prices pdq

We understand The company has been doing a lot of work at LD so would suggest they are maximising the return quickly

I have no concerns with my very substantial holding
