Moon - There wasnt the intention to start LD - the money being spent on LD I am sure has been about updating info for Due Dilligence so that the Dataroom can be updated and bidders can make clear decisions and offers

There is no issue with cash to continue Ming - but speeding up some capital spend to assist bring Cost of production down and increase output sooner is the challenge

I have no doubt that TB has no concerns about the SP this month or next - he will want to see SP at realistic level by year end

I am still of the belief that LD/WB sale/JV will be what brings cash in to speed up MM - relax, volumes will come back sooner than later when price will start to rise nicely

Ha! Yes, not big buy at 31K but as you say still buying - I dont think Directors would be in a black out period at the moment because the expected news (disposals and refinance) were announced publicly back in March as being expected around now

It is a very frustrating share that there is no doubt, but you can keep making money off it and i believe it is a very safe share at the moment and has good upside potential

I hope that RNS covers the refinance that was said to be renegotiated - although not required until late 2022 so no rush

I am very surprised at the volume available from sells, but they are clearly there - but I am still excited about the month ahead - lets get those other stopes opened up, get LD deal announced and we are back to the races

I cant say anything specific on the disposal process other than we planned to have announced progress on 1 or 2 of the specific disposal in next couple of months with proceeds from all 3 (circa 200M) in H2

hopefully these will be announced sometime this month

AGM response to Q about disposals - was "no update other than to reiterate that plans set out at results (revenue growth, disposals and debt refinancing) we still expect to deliver on those plans"

It will come sometime soon enough

SouthWestener - re LD/WB, there is a race to secure copper fields around the world - exploration sites are being bought up and many $M spent on trying to find out IF there is Copper there.

IF they find copper and build a mine that is a couple hundred $M and 10-15 years

LD /WB could be operational in 3 years.

As an exploration company, do you spend $30M hoping your brown field has copper, then $200M to build over next 12 years?

Or is you money better spent, taking a known mine that needs a few years of work and less than half the investment ?

As an investor, I know where I want my money - and its not looking for maybe getting jam in 12 years, when I know I can spend less and know I can have jam in 3 years

Opportunity cost of that alone is worth a premium

Also, 3 years time we really expect Copper prices to be at great highs - nobody knows what alternatives could be available in 10-15 years and therefore thats worth another premium on LD/WB

Cornish and I have discussed valuation etc for LD and I still think he could be being conservative, but I certainly feel comfortable with such a deal and getting 50% of something in 3 years rather than 100% of it in 6 years (by the time Ming will be sufficiently stable and profitable to pay for going it alone) gets my vote all day long

TB wont want to sell it too cheap, but he has the contacts and credibility to negotiate the best deal for RMM and I dont think this is that far away from being announced - I have repeatedly said, it is my belief (lets wait and see) that any short term cash required for Ming, will come from a deal on LD

Time will tell, but having an unused asset that in my mind is worth more than RMM Mkt Cap, leaves us shareholders in a great position

Ming & LD (with very little debt) all for 40M Mkt cap - an asset strip of these is worth best part of 300M in my mind versus an exploration company looking for copper in a safe location where govt policy supports mining

This is THE biggest factor on my Risk Reward Analysis, but DYOR
