This is just an educated guess, but LO went to 4.7% on 9 April (Announced 12 April)

If they sold on avg 40M shares for day it would take them about 13 trading days

If you take a look at the technical chart, you could argue that they are now out or very close to being out (assuming they continued to sell before 7 May as we saw volume increase even on the back of price increasing - as I say, 13 days at avg 40M

I hope I have selected 13 days (inc today) where they could now be out.

Such large volume traded does not make sense to most of us investors that know the company - and apart from DJR, Ive not heard of anyone that has sold significant (many any) shares

The supply has to be coming from somewhere and I am truly hoping it was from LO and that I am correct and they have gone (or at least very close to being gone)

I am a LTH who truly believes this will be several times higher within a year, but I am also an analyst who likes to find reasons (especially around numbers)

No idea if my theory is correct and not sure in AIM if we need another Holdings notification (isnt it not required under 5% on AIM / 3% on Main Mkt)?

If this is correct, then hopefully we can climb quickly through .4 to achieve .5 - BUT Fridays are never good for me so maybe it will be next week!

I think you are putting too much on the administrative play that is AGM

Today will see approx 200M shares traded - someone is selling and I hope its Lombard with their last tranche for now

But I have to counter that by saying yesterdays market was bloodshed - just need it back above 42p and hold so that we can challenge 45p again

Added yesterday at the low - still hoping that the disposals to be announced H1 will come sooner than later and although not massively significant, could bring some new investors in that think debt is a serious issue here

Want to see that RNS that confirms disposals also cover restructure of the other debt (which should be easily achieved with 200M+ come in) then this years profits need to be delivered and we will get our 80p-quid for year end

there is NOT going to be a placing - its Short Term cash that is required - a placing is VERY expensive to do and does not relate to ST requirement

TB wouldve just done a placing weeks ago if that was what was required

Its weighing on SP for sure - DJ selling 1.5% of RMM on the morning of RNS drove the SP down 25% and since then its been fear

A placing just isnt the suitable instrument IMO for what is required short term

and as with any statement in an RNS will have been put through major scrutiny to be able to support it by the Nomad - its also 5 mths into the 9-12 so much easier to be able to confirm that

MrExec - totally agree - but when investors look at the tech analysis the rise and fall looks horrible

I am in no way blaming DJ as I have continually said we all do what we want to do for our own benefits. The SP fell when DJ off loaded circa 1.5% of the company in a few hours (I was one of about 5 people he told when he did it and we asked him not to share, which he didnt)

The offer at open was still around previous day close so RNS did little either way

DJ volume that morning was circa 50% of trading and his offer price was (according to my review and guesses at which were his trade) 20-25% discount to ask - which is what you would expect from such volume

That huge drop would've triggered stop losses and some will have sold without even knowing why, just because of a 25% drop and DJ has reinvested part of that now at lower prices again, and well done to him

Nobody knows what todays price would be if it wasnt for such a big drop on Day 1 BUT for all those that said they were here for the LT and expect a quid in new money - 1p now - by end of year should maybe ignore this short term price flux and confirm to themselves "have the fundamentals changed" since they invested - if they think yes, then make their own decision, if they think no, then stick to their plan

Im am holding more than DJ now and still relaxed about the fundamentals but also excited about what LD / WB could announce relatively soon!

The rest of some peoples concerns about dilution, I remain certain in my own mind, that this wont happen and for many many reasons

Your link to 2016 Investor document is probably the reason the SP isnt flying - people want to see BOD start to deliver. However, I would say they are delivering and the price of Copper (inc the very good hedge rate) is supporting that

The current BOD are specialist in turnaround and with the current medium term estimates for copper prices, means 2021 is very different to 2016

Finally, you repeated again that people are saying the mill will only cost $2M. Nobody is saying that at all - what we understand from working our own forecasts and cashflow is that with the timescales as to when payments will be required, we should be hugely cash generative.

On the discord chat (LSE we cant do this), we have pinned an excel sheet with all the variables - people can download it and play with the figures they want to. This is proper analysis and basing facts on published data and gratefully so wonderful in depth input from Cornish also

But we can all amend all the figures we want to do variance analysis based on risk

Would someone confirm or correct my calculations that with the fwd sold volumes at fwd sold prices, we will be looking at approx $22M-28M revenue from Santa Cruz Sur for the 12mths from now?

Also, I noted that the financial statements were signed 5 May 21 - that is nearly 2 weeks ago - I am therefore expecting that the post balance sheet event (post signing 5/5/21) of the pipeline installation, to be announced imminently.

The Market Cap is so low, many IIs wont even look at it - Happy to hold this until it rerates but expect it will double then but not now expecting that in the short term

wrt to ESS sale, this is absolutely normal and was the conditional element on the sale - no issues IMO, just housekeeping that must be done

Funnily enough, I was thinking about the new CFO appointment and the fact that he was coming in without the handover from the Interim

G4S was recently sold and I did wonder if he had been targeted to deliver a sale / merger

I posed the question last week about rebranding CPI, a sale/merger may well be the best solution and deliver shareholder value.

One thing that is for sure, with so many IIs involved, shareholders us PIs will be looked after I would hope, in that they will want true value for their shares (ie above 120p)
