Debt isnt much of an issue now - a year on and they have made great headway into slashing costs and contracts profitable - but without news nobody bothers to jump in - its like paint drying atm

but it worth 80 easy now - will rerate there this year - 120 H1 2022 if they deliver the projected numbers

I treat this like a bank in my porfolio - if I have spare cash i buy more of these at decent rate - if i need cash, I sell a few!

Flipper - again the presentation wasnt easy to follow here - ESS was in that

They suggested another 200M this year that they were working on and 200M next year (although the now released CFO did say they expected to beat those figures as they know market was disappointed with ESS)

As I say, Stuart Morgan confirmed that they expect to announce at least 3 disposals worth 200M (I am hoping this is 225-250M) in H1 2021 with cash received H2

The other 200M will not be known until 2022

Also said they expected to announce the refinancing in H1 2021 - as I say, I expect that RNS to cover disposals and refinance in 1 but this is my guess - although if I was in their position, that would be how I would deal with it - nice big juicy RNS rather than drip feeding a few small ones

TB was very relaxed in AGM yesterday - of the 36 attendees (inc BOD) a third of attendees are a group of us that chat on Discord - we hold about 5% between us.

You could almost see the excitement they have about the future - quality BOD that know the business, big reserves and as Cornish has so eloquently put it, stope 2 opened then 3/4 by year end and production will be flying

LD/WB deal is imminent IMHO and thats why there is nothing about financing being released because I think LD buy in more than covers any short term cash for WC and Capital spend

Not being a penny stock, will hopefully attract a big buyer or 2 because like many of us, we cant believe what we have for a Mkt Cap of 40M

Volume today (adjusted for consolidation) is very very small

240k traded (23M in old money) by lunchtime, compared to 150-230M in the last few days
