Potential - yes. However revenue for the six months to June 2013 was US$ 28,000. There has been a 125% increase in revenue from the last quarter. IMO there will have to be 125% increases every quarter for the next two years before the company could break even. There probably will need to be 2-3 more equity placings before then. Conclusion - it's not translating into actual revenue quick enough (yet). As I said earler - it's a great trading share but 50-60p is way off IF more equity is required within the next 2-4 months DYOR gl

Yes likely there will be a spike today - hope no one gets too excited and gets caught like the last few times - you can make money here if you treat this company as a trading share. I'm not saying the figures do not appear good - it's just that it is from a low base and when the rampers appear - I doubt most do much research. It will be interesting to see how the share price reacts today - my guess is back to 14-15p gl

Right - all we can do is go with what we know. We know there has been an approach. We do not know how long any talks have been on going. We know Boris and the ex CEO holds 11%. We do not know if any other shareholder is willing to sell at a fixed price to them. We know the historic NAV is 62p. We do not know the current NAV or trading position. So my own conclusion is there is more than a 50% chance of a bid but we cannot yet know the bid price. However I think most of us accept if a bid does materialise it will be higher than the current share price with guesses ranging from 25p to 60p!

The 30p figure came from the leak via a website (Scoop?) early in the day before the company issued a RNS on the share price movement and confirmed bid talks had started. So this leak was right about a bid approach so it's probably they are accurate on the 30p figure... as for the final price (if agreed) it depends on the 29.9% shareholder but I think 30-40p is the most likely range and will be agreed mid February imo

There are loads of AIM shares sitting at sharp discounts to NAV. CRV for example - although I expect the discount will close soon. Let's see if a RNS comes here soon gl

So 225k shares brought over the last two days (over 2% of the share issue). There will be a holdings RNS at this rate! News must be really close now gla

Over 1% of the share issue traded in a few minutes - all buys - and the share price is moving... uP

Apparently Nabisco (might have name wrong) from America might be interested in a counter bid (talk was 43p) but it is BB hearsay and unless the company have another RNS stating there is another interested party it is just vague rumour although the company was quick to response to BB rumour today! Could be an interesting few days gl

Presuming he has been in talks for a while (since he has been holding 8% for a few months) I would expect a conclusion before the mid February deadline - there is also a rumour of a US company making a counter bid...the share price should continue to edge upwards especially if 30p is his first offer... I'm hoping for 23p-25p tomorrow - there's no reason for the share price to fall in the short term as talks will be on going for at least a week or two imo

Well whatever we say about Treacle (and he has been going on about a takeover for months) he has been proven right! Apparently Unvenco is a company set up by Boris & Co. (according to advfn) so could be a bidding war here. I might add if share price stays below 25p as there is still decent upside - presuming a bid materialises gl

Results and news on any placing before month end. Hopefully decent profits and a move back up over 15p. Soon find out..

Got a holding in both but agree sometimes best to stick with the share likely to provide the return sooner (6 days) as this could go on for weeks - one to watch though gl

The talk is of 30p on the table bid and Boris might counter bid! I hope the guy who said he lost £1200 didn't sell earlier - it was best to hold and wait after the 1 code gla
