Just because a company issues shares at a premium doesn't mean it is going to re-rate straight away to the placing place. CRV is a good example - shares issued at 1.25p but current share price 0.475p

Yes looking good for next year and note the latest holding RNSs - interesting. Sadly some shareholders brought these shares several years ago at far higher prices so I can understand why some will not expect to see there investment breaking even again - however decent dividends and a share price moving in the right direction suggests a good 2014 outlook. Maybe averaging down is the answer to some shareholders??

From Advfn - apparently a surveyor has been looking at the Mall appointed by the committee/court deciding the final terms for the sale. Suggests news very soon now gla

Sorry for just coming back - yes I am sure there must be significant tax losses after the company made losses running above £100 million (due to exceptional items) for 2-3 years. The new placing is for 1.1 billion shares bring the total shares in issue to over 2.6 billion shares (consolidation please) so to enhance earnings above 0.5p there will need to be acquisitions already making decent profits. Still aiming for 10p by this time next year looks very possible depending on news flow plus... Autofocus conclusion gla

Yes profits of £ 7.5 million but don't forget the new placing will dilute earnings going forward so probably less than 0.5p - however the direction is positive and the share price should have an upward direction thoughout 2014 gla

Just added 30k guys - doubt we will be able to buy these shares at 4p for much longer gla

Hoping for a pre-Christmas RNS to push this up towards the 6p placing level... got a good feeling... gla

No worries - I felt this would move sharply so putting it on GC might have been too slow on this occasion - however I should have mentioned it on other threads but the trouble is then some will complain of spamming lol

Also the placing was to satisfy demand and many got in here around 20p level so I don't expect much selling (yet). Now happy to hold to 12-15p min gla

I like the RNS which suggests more contracts on the way and also the contract is for 12 months. I think Riddler posted here a while back and would be interested in his thoughts too...

Decided to buy at 6.9p because this share price has really fallen off a cliff and s/b oversold even before this news - looking for 10p here minimum gl
