I recall reading a post on advfn that at the last shareholder presentation meeting held in London (?) earlier last year, the question was asked about his shareholding and he stated he had no intention of taking the company private. However I agree it is unusual for a shareholder to have (I think) 72% of the share issue and willing to keep the company listed. It will be interesting to see what the company does with any proceeds from The Mall sale ie. special dividend, share buybacks, acquisitions or if the sale is receiving as other assets not cash to avoid a significant tax charge. We should know within the next 1-2 months and I'll going to keep adding as a decent re-rating to the 1.5p area should happen on the sale conclusion gl
