500 - Gap one way or another usually to direction of 500 trade (if legit). Since the trade was a buy - the share price probably will be moving higher at some point..

I don't want to sound like Treacle but in my humble opinion a bid will come at some point - unsure of the price - these trades are circ 1% of the share issue each. Just too many connections - a holding RNS has to come this week??

As a very old Avia shareholder now feeling a bit better with the share price movement. One word of caution - nothing has been acquired yet and the cash NAV is circ 1.5p so much of the expected news is probably factored into the share price in the short term - not many shares sit on 100% plus premiums to NAV. gla

They have 2-3 days to notify the company/market if a holding RNS is triggered so keep watching just in case..

Note several 125k trades showing up for Friday until 2 were contra trades? Hotting up again....

Not to me but if you claim to know more than the rest of us please enlighten the thread. When 0.7% of the share issue to acquired in one trade - a possible holding RNS may be triggered however the party is!

Note sure if sometimes the MMs put a 1 code on a share for a laugh because half the time a RNS does not appear - perhaps here they were still working on the placing terms so had to delay the RNS? One to watch but as chunderwunder says the company has had a chequered past and has much to prove gl

Not sure at the moment because you can buy the shares cheaper at the moment. My guess is some further news is coming to justify the premium placing? Are you still in?

Well if either of the holders is already over 3% this large trade could force them to issue another holdings RNS if they have gone over 9% etc - will know soon enough. Agree IF Boris is going to make a move -- better to do it when the company is at the bottom of the cycle - not when it starts to recover probably during the 2nd half of next year when the £600k savings (and £400k exceptional costs) start to kick in and the company poss makes a return to a small profit... He might just be interested in one part of the company and with a large shareholding feels he has the power to tempt SNAK into selling a division to him and/or diverse a division into a joint venture? Interesting times and tbh I should have sold on results and got back in lower - now will just have to sit and wait for developments because those selling are almost definitely realising a loss gla

I think the 125k trade was a buy (0.7% of the share issue) otherwise there definitely would have been a drop in the share price yesterday as all other trades appear to be sells. Now we wait to see if a holding RNS appears next week for further clues as to whether Boris will now just sit on his 8.2% stake or continue to add....

I wait to see if the new tie up with Live Nation might change sentiment here - btw it will not be a penny share much longer after the 1 for 24 share consolidation! Also I have lost count of the companies on the AIM market who sole purpose seems to be to issue shares to pay for director salaries etc. At least here there is revenue and a profit but I agree too many scratching of backs over the years.

Wow massive last trade buy today - that's well over 1% of the company. If I wasn't tied up elsewhere, I would be adding like crazy - I suppose the uncertain price/share issue of the pending fund raising is holding this back?
