Actually it was 16k at 14.25p. Adding to snak and crv ahead of results (tomorrow?) Just too many good shares to choose from lol (and PPR will come good at some point)

I be honest and admit I sold 14k early doors when the trading update did not appear at 7am. Still got 40k here and probably will hold on for a while but can't see much movement either way now until the new year - unless a contract win appears out of the blue.

Perhaps there could be 1/2 decent contract rewards in the works to support the share price and pending fund raising?

But would you rather the company just dumped a placing on us without any warning aka countless othe AIM shares. This was always likely to happen especially with the director loans to be converted/paid back at some point. it's what they do with the placement funds and the issue price that's important. Happy to hold and add - just hope existing shareholders are offered new shares..

Well that caught be out! Expected it at 7am and had just about given up on a trading update pre results. Seems fairly good but nothing to cause a major re-rating... yet...

Do you have a target here? 60p looks fairly achieveable in the short term and I like the fact this could be rolled out across the country not just around Manchester/Liverpool - fantasic potential and wish I noticed earlier! gla

Well done - just invested at 40p as I can see a major re-rating here over the next few days. If you want an quick return then CRV and SNAK results are due today/tomorrow and either could fly. GLA

Amazing performance, and still under the radar..

There were some really positive points made within the RNS like "the joint venture in China is set to deliver an operating profit in 2013 in only its second year of operation on revenue more than double that of 2012"..

Yes seems oversold considering the outlook.. in at £3.20p. Fast growing companies are more likely to issue a mild profits warning and in my opinion the share price was well ahead of events at plus £6. Thankfully there are very few "trolls" on LSE as the bile over another bb is pretty bad. Just in for short term bounce whether it's today or takes a while gla

Might see a retrace today as investors focus on the trading update for 2013 but not the positive outlook for 2014. I will be watching very closely for a buying opportunity as a lower level today. I'm sure this is just a temporary hiccup... gla

Exactly what is in administration because it appears everything (business, employees, clients) have simply moved across to a new company owned by the lenders! So is it now just an empty shell with £1.8 billion debt around its neck while everything else goes on as normal. I know that's an quick simple wording of the complex technical world of insolvency and administration but pre-packs etc really should be looked at by the government because it is always the shareholders who end up the losers...

Here here - and if you wish to remove the current directors, you have to propose replacement directors! Nodeal obviously doesn't get it - and even if Richard Branson was proposed as a new director he would be moaning that he was in it for the money/attention etc. What does he suggest the shareholders do? Not try to arrange an AGM to ask valid questions? Not try to get new directors on the board? Just say "I give up"? Shame on him.

You need to read the RNS just out this afternoon. The BoD have decided to adjorn the meeting to avoid the shareholders asking valid questions on how lenders ended up with the company (and still kept £ 1 billion debt on the books for repayments) and shareholders ended up with zlitch!

Perhaps you would like to comment on the disgusting decision of the BoD to adjorn the meeting due next month (see RNS just issued).. so all your ranting about 10 decent people who have lost EVERYTHING by holding shares in the "company" trying to do the decent thing and become new directors to ascertain all the bad apples under the table and to try to resolve some return out of this sorry mess for shareholders (THE OWNERS) appears to be pointless because the BoD are running scared - and are demanding not to face the shareholders by any means possible. I mean, how can you appoint administrators but nothing changes for employees, customers etc etc. It is quite clearly an under handed tactic to avoid the AGM taking place !!!!!!!!!

This is my last post to you until the results are issued. You made some good points re bank loans etc but since this is just a punt I presume you will be back out of this share before it becomes a concern. All companies have to renew their banking convenants every 1/2 years and SNAK will be no exception. However if EBITDA is improving then it should not be an issue. Shareholders should ask questions of their company but I have no doubt Boris is looking at SNAK for either a joint venture or/and takeover. Not long to wait to find out!
