Must be news on the first graphene investion in the works.. news articles about this wonder stuff are regularly being shown via online newspapers now (Telegraph the other day about condoms!)

I see the sell (17,500 shares) was identical to the buy yesterday - if it's the same person then they lost over £200 just because they couldn't wait a few days for news!

Well being an AIM company - there is no actual requirement to issue a trading update - perhaps it will be straight to the results in the near future instead? Sometimes you just have to believe in the share/story and most of us on this thread realise the turnaround happening here and the future potential - they would not have moved to a larger premises for nothing... gl

Strange, I suppose the premises move has really delayed the trading update? Of course a RNS doesn't have to be at 7 am...

Cheers - he asked me to post his message which I felt was the least I could do because I probably would not have reinvested here if not for his well researched respected data - and the good news here is that the results are due any day now and I have a feeling very good news is coming..

Well hopefully I will not get into trouble for forwarding his message but I think he will be missed as he often did post well researched graphs/level 2 info/trade data etc. I think the trick of posting on BBs is not to take any message too personally but easlier said than done..

Don't you think the share price would have drop if they were all sells?

There's always one or two posters who stick to one thread and post non stop 90%+ negative comments. I see it on PHRM and TLY all the time (tbh I've been a bit negative on Phrm recently but views can change - some posters views never do). Looking forward to this meeting - the vote will be interesting..

The three 100k blocks were buys - it was discussed at the time. Agree a holdings RNS is long overdue but perhaps not needed if a deal is in the works. What is certain is that results are due ANY DAY now - so best to be invested and wait for the fireworks...

I actually think its been a lively debate because Hiibu and the merits of a shareholder action group will be discussed for years to come. I agree since the shares are suspended any comments here will not make a blind bit of difference but since I held the shares for several years (being in and out a few times) and watch them go down and down to sub 1p AND posted on this thread regularly during this time - I'm not going to stop posting - at least not until after the 4th December meeting. TBH this is quite a dormant thread compared to many others which only 5-6 regular posters now so not sure why anyone would get upset? Agree what posters motives are is worth asking but again I repeat any comment will not effect the share price, not effect the votes of the HSG members but will be worth reading gla on future investments

Another point - I thought it was a £ 800 million haircut in the debt not £ 1.5 billion? Also don't forget all the interest they have received over the years (£200 million plus for 6-7 years at least) plus remember some of these lenders acquired the debt at a share discount so will not be so out of pocket as other lenders. Surely you are not on the BoD side in this mess and cannot blame shareholders looking into this matter to ensure another company doesnt go down the same route! It was only 2-3 years ago that the company asked shareholders for funds via a rights issue and between then and now the lenders probably did very well in interest and now have the whole company to boot!

I'm keeping an interest as an ex-holder - perhaps in hindsight the BoD should have been clearer that the "greatest extent" probably meant zlitch for shareholders - it appears the lenders held all the cards doesn't it? If HSG manage to appoint their 10 members as directors - the positive will be that they can do a lot of digging to ascertain the TRUE facts of this sorry affair

Strange that some buys have been at 18p while others at 17.19p - i suppose it depends on share size..

A decent buy about the ask gone though - also just added a few more.... gla
