I know you wish to represent the bullish cash here but suggest 1000x times for China than Turkey is a bit over optimistic isn't it? From memory Turkey has a population of 60-80 million and China has a population of 1 billion which is 12-16 times higher - not 1000 times !

If you are not tempted why dig deeper and post more? Anyway even if the NAV is 14.7p adjusted there's still upside at this level. The majority of the properties are in and around the Paris area which probably does better than the rest of the country aka London to the UK. Not sure why you expect the loans to be 2-3% higher in 2015 when the European Bank just CUT the base rate to a record low of 0.25%. If anything, they might try to renew/extend the loan terms next year at a lower rate - this could be part of the discussions now concluded with Barclays. It is good to have the bearish case put forward here but I am still convinced the share price will hit double figures early next week just on a relief rally if nothing else. gla

No the reason for the buying is that the share price is 8p and the NAV is 30p! Also IMS RNS was out today and confirmed that the hedge settlement will be concluded on Monday - the main issue why the share price fell from 24p to 4p in the first place. Still high risk as we do not know how this hedge will be funded but they have £8 million cash, an unmortgaged property and the diff is £ 10 million via share issue or new loan agreement. Worth being in even if just for a s/t punt gla

It's not 30p though is it? It's the share issue dividend by the assets so circ £ 35 million more in assets than liabilities - so a decent headroom (Assets £ 240 million plus). Depends on if any properties need to be sold if if Barclays will accept new loans/shares for the hedge settlement

To be fair, how many people got the shares at 3p? (I did several times - always selling circ 5p)... Most newbies here probably got in around the 7-9p level after the China RNS update. Still a decent return though but only a few buy in at the bottom and sell at the top

Seen a post on advfn about the share price breaking though its moving average (sorry cannot recall it is was the 100 day average). This is usually a bullish sign..

... and maybe news on current revenue and cash burn too?

IMS is out and the quarterly NAV has increased to just over 30p - share price is now on a 80% discount to NAV. It appears we will know the outcome to the Barclays settlement talks on Monday - surely even if there is dilution the discount is just too wide and the shares are significant upside potential? GLA

Of course you can make money on this share (at least recently) but just remember there is a pattern.. fund raising, share price drop, operations updates, share price raise, fund raising, share price drop etc... now the question is what's next? The update or the funding news?

If you had been here a while, you will know that SuperShark has explained why several times - to sum up in a few words.. "invasion of privacy". I cannot blame him at all for wanting to warn others about this company's past behaviour. Whether he should "let go" is up to him but I doubt he will as long as the company remains listed
