TBH I cannot recall many RNS stating "permanent suspension of trading" .. 9/10 it states "temporary" because talks have to happen between lenders, 3rd parties and poss administrators first... a share can be suspended for six months before delisting. btw VMP was suspended due to late accounts not lack of cash..

You do not have to read with posts or links - but he does know the history of this company inside out - let's see more "positive" research on here then if this is the issue...

Agree mad to sell - I am impatience usually but it's clear the news is this month so will be mad to risk being out of the share even for a few days gl

I agree but check back at previous RNSs... it hasn't always been done the "right" way round.. interesting times

Everyone currently invested are focusing on the China update - which is fair enough.. but there's still a chance news on any new funding might come out first.. agree about one thing though - there will be a sharp movement on the share price depending on which news comes first...

Very soon doesn't usually mean over a month though... why the delay?

I'm just suggesting it is no cert that it's good news - remember the company has debts and selling off the crown jewels may leave little or nothing for shareholders - it's really a wait and see and only hard core risk takers would add on lack of facts gla

I hope you were joking... you know I held the share but will never reinvest at this level. Sadly I am still drawn to watch in disbelief of the recent rally but never spread bet. However I agree on one point with everyone here - the China operations update will be interesting

So why is the market value lower now than two years ago? Remember there has been a number of fund raisings over the last two years so shareholder value has been destroyed here.. if you think there is value now do you have the revenue/profit projections and time line? I know I do not because the company refuses to give any guidance! gl

Actually! I am still completely confused how the share price is even at 14p or £ 60 million (!!!) market value on a mere US$ 25k six month revenue and US$ 2.5 million PER MONTH cash burn rate! Equity IS required soon unless there has been a 500 fold increase in revenue per month since June... has there? Who knows because the company will say and tell the market everything except what is the current revenue/cash burn rate. Please guys, I know China excites you but do some research and look at the increase in share issue over the last year or two and the similar style "operations updates" issued. I am not convinced that even 10p is fair value and talk of 20p plus is pure un-researched ramping in my honest opinion

I was a shareholder here but not at the time of suspension - but would have joined HSG is I was still holding the shares. I was a member of another action group and there was a cost for involving advisers - going through the courts etc. With this group there was a suggested contribution based on the number of shares held at the time of suspension. Remember the more shareholders joining HSG, the less cost per member and more firepower and voice they will have. Also being part of this group provides you with confidential information on progress and also gives a private forum to pass ideas and suggestions to one another. Perhaps the question for those apparent shareholders on the threads not yet in the HSG is simple - why not join? (what do you have to lose)

I do not understand - why do you need advice. My HL SIPP means I make all my own decisions although the occasional share rec email comes along. The charge is £5.95 per transaction so maybe you could consider shopping around for a better charging structured SIPP? gl

Quite simple - you instruct online for your shares to be sold and the price/value comes up - but you do not click accept so the transaction does not go though. It's a good way of knowing whether the price is acceptable to buy or sell at gla

Not sure been busy so not been looking too often at the trades - except no one could have missed those two late trades last night! We should find out soon and the company might issue an IMS in November although they do not have to - now the company is an AIM share..

QPP? Enterprise? A hedge fund? Who knows but if those 2 late trades yesterday were from the same party there will be another holding rns soon

So a reduction in holding which has obviously been acquired by another party.....
