the interim results .. revenue US$ 28,545 loss US$ 24 MILLION. Until the company provides REVENUE details they can say what they want - isn't it obvious? They need more equity and want a higher share price.... still some just rather make an quick profit than do any research....

Interesting but what about REVENUE? "The company is hoping to build on this re revenue" ok but instead of £30k is the company now making (say) £100k? What about the cash burn? Is more equity required? Obviously this is a positive RNS but I rather see some financial figures before getting excited gla

Remember the share placing was at 2p so including the existing shares the NAV of the company is circ 1.4p so alrealy trading at a premium to cash held - which is not that common. I am not saying don't invest (because I hold from the Avia days) but don't expect a 100% profit in double quick time. However because this is a shell company looking at unusually sectors it could really re-rate on the right investment(s) just remember PIRI etc took a good year to find the right target gla

Make sure you had the shares on the ex-dividend date about a month ago - I would worry if the dividend has not appeared by 5pm tonight - I got mine after lunch gl

Surely though it is now the law so why or how can they now not accept AIM shares - switch provider imo

The "old" business is being sold to ASW. The old directors are resigning and 2/3 new directors are moving in - basically they are getting the share listing and changing the name and using new funds for new investments. so it is now a completely different company

I have RIA a while back but sold too soon so will relook o/t if you can have a look at UVEL I think a correction might happen there

Yes I did a few dummy buys earlier and could get 2.51p so I expect there has been more buys than sells today hence why the share price is a fair bit over the 2p placing price... hopefully news will not take too long otherwise interest might fade gla

Some of this relates to the fact shareholders got their dividend payment today! I reinvested my £500 and I bet quite a few others have also. The current yield is circ 10% so UVEL is now both a growth and income share. A strong buy up to 1p minimum ino gl

Well you have to start from somewere - so investing in this sector now could bring rich rewards in the medium/long term for shareholders. Remember there are pently of mining/oil shares that have promised oil/gold finds for years and never delivered. Also this is just one sector the "new"" company is looking at.

Not selling as would realise 50% loss so probably will sit and wait for news on first investment. Definitely one to watch for those not in - spread appears wide though
