I hate filtering people but agree sometimes you are tested to the limit. I can't believe the number of people who post on just the one thread, post negative comments but do not hold, post negative comments and say they hold or indeed those who ramp non stop... Results are this week - the sooner the better so Trv123 can bank his profit and move elsewhere gla

Everyone has an agenda! IF you are a shareholder then posting positive comments means you want others to look and perhaps buy in too aka a higher share price. IF you are not a shareholder you might post negative comments to try to buy in at a lower price. However, if you are a shareholder and post neutral/negative comments - then I really would love to know why! BTW since I have 10 plus shares (and post on them all) I don't have the time or the need to post non stop just on one thread or against any one person. Stop taking things so personally especially as you still seen to have issues with Treacle - and he is not even on LSE any more!

Well the share price is UP so it has to be a buy imo. Trv123 I am only floating "positive" ideas while you seen very unsure of the company so not sure why you have invested here? Anyway news "due November" so just 2 days left then we will all now the situation here gla

Well if you are a shareholder then usually you (in the main) back the company you have invested in! £500k min EBITDA has already been confirmed and Boris would not bother to acquire 8.2% of the share issue just to be the lender of last resort imo! Anyway if the business is improving why would the banks pull the plug? Why wouldn't a placing be an option? All small cap shares carry risks but when there is the realistic chance of a bid materialising it's best to be invested as the pros outweigh the cons...

Just two areas of concern for me 1) debtor days up by 2 days although seasonal - has the company now hit a barrier? and 2) Autofocus - there seems no urgency here at all. Still 0.28p in divdiends not to be sniffed at and 5p should be the floor with a gradual movement upwards continuing into next year. Shame I am unable to make the AGM this year - perhaps a poster here or on advfn may provide some update later? gla

Yes still there but looking to add asap because a) results due in next few weeks and b) the Mall sale should cause a decent re-rating - note the buys today. PPR is also overdue for news so are some of my other shares (crv, tly, ppa and snak). I have decided to invest in shares due news within a month as I get fed up of waiting for developments! I still see 40p here within the next six months presuming decent contract wins gla

I'm not sure why it should be an issue? (if a bid materialises). Whether it's 25p, 30p, 40, 60p or £10, it will be HIGHER than the current share price - that's why you should be invested here because you are going to make a return. In the unlikely event a bid does not happen for the foreseeable future - the shares are cheap on recovery potential alone!!

You get days of mostly buys and days of mostly sells here... today is a red day... however later this week there could easily be a blue day especially if there is a RNS!

Note the spread has tighten to 17-18p now and all buys again today... results this week so hold/add and fingers crossed for good results and news on Boris intentions... (Trv123 you don't need to be driven anywhere now that Treacle has left so constructive posts from now on and they will be replied to in the same matter)

Someone provided a telephone number over on advfn 2 weeks ago so there is a contact point. Also a poster there stated that news was promised in the near future... we just all need to hold on a little longer here gl

You've got 15 minutes left to buy back in... you know you want to.. you even said a bid would probably be at 24-28p yourself so why stop take a chance on a 50% gain in under a weeks time?

Yes I read this point over on advfn today - very likely. Perhaps they have agreed to "share" the cost of any bid or to take a decent chuck of the share issue in case they make a move at some point in the future. Trv123 - any offer if made will have to be acceptable to other major shareholders so it would be at a premium. I have no idea (if a bid happens) of the t/o price but be very surprised if it was under 30p hence why I keep adding myself gla

He probably once added 100k shares because that's was all that was on offer - he might add more. He is now at 8.2% so obviously sees value here. Whether he will make a bid for the company will become clear soon - probably on results day next week (or the company might make a statement within the report on the situation)

Well maybe there's been another heavy buyer the last few weeks? Pently of 50k, 75k and 100k trades but obviously not all of them were Boris. At least we know as fact that he has increased his holding and either sees value here or is planning some form of corporate action. Best to be in this share as news is very soon now gla

Holding RNS - confirming Boris has added another 100k to breached 8% - so perhaps some of the recent trades were not his? There were three 100k trades on the 19th so perhaps either two trades were cancelled or have yet to be updated... looking good for news next week gla

Not happy that the company has not issued a RNS on the news wire story... sent email and the reply stated "that the approriate annoucement will be made to all shareholders at the same time". Well, hurry up lol

So results now will be next week - might add one last time later today. I see minimum downside risk, just pently of upside potential gla
