Well he/she caused a massive spike!

Someone brought and sold 115,335 shares within a few minutes - probably expected a spike. Really tempted to get back in now with the new appointment and likelihood of further news soon. I can imagine the share price back to circ 0.50p in the short term gla

Well you would think those who decided to sell have left by now - as you say, depends on the terms of any fundraising but 12p does seen cheap to me - and factors in this o/s issue...

The market approves.. up 14%. Could break 30p today

Earnings up 40% to 1.61p - can't argue with that... only question is "how much more short term upside?" as PE is around the 20 area which I presume isn't high for a high growth company?

Very positive trading update especially with the cash position now at £17 million. 2014 outlook currently in line with market expectations.. s/b more upside here?

7p is quite possible soon. Profits s/b around £10 million this year but remember the extra shares now in issue - 2.7 billion in total. EPS likely to be around 0.5p this year although any acquisition could be earnings enhancing. Still good upside but a share price of 10p should for this year equal a PE of 20 which will be high enough for now .. imo gl

Well it was been promoted like crazy over on Advfn and there IS potential.. a lesson to learn? Never chase a share price higher on a spike without a RNS to justify it.. (ditto MMO today) Never panic sell either... I'm watching for developments but some were bound to exit the door with this RNS

Yes I don't disagree - just makinig the point UVEL could have waited until deadline was 31st March 2014 - I just presume they have no idea when the Mall sale will go though - just like the rest of us - so extended the loan again so it is not an issue. It will be repaid once the sale goes though any way (I presume)..

Good to see loan extented again - only question is why the need? Perhaps the Mall sale is still likely to take a few more weeks or perhaps the company just wanted to hedge their bets and ensure the loan would not become an issue if there were any further delay? Anyway I reckon sometime in the next month we will get the news that will really matter here gla
