well it seems the market prefers to look backwards and not forwards on this occasion...

TBH sold 80% the other week as I was not impressed that a shareholder was told news would be that week (end of Janauary) and it did not materialise - the alarm bells started ringing then.. will monitor for sp reaction before deciding to either sell the rest or add (if single figure share price)

Good to note profits for the last year ahead of market expectations but the market will not be happy about two other points 1) current year profits below budget (why?) and more importantly 2) working capital concerns and NO NEWS on any equity fund raising/placing.....

It is NOT 50% if you try a dummy buy/sell. I paid 2.45p earlier. The trouble is MMs love showing wide spreads on small cap/AIM shares and most of the time they are never accurate gla

Be honest - did anyone expect this? At least there's still London, Dublin, Cyprus & Malaysia operations but 1/3 of revenue might be lost forever... probably will hold on considering the 29.9% shareholder acquired shares at 6p and expansion into India might be close. Expect a bad day though.... gla

Please get your facts right. GRQ talks a lot of sense? LOL he has posted non stop negative for months and made assumptions ie. director leaving which have not been true so please don't pretend he is Mr Wisdom. As for 60p take out price please should me the post were I stated this? might be getting confused with Treacle who went on for weeks about the 62p NAV of the company - he was the one who suggested a takeover could be at this level not me. From memory I have suggested up to 40p is likely since the 29% shareholder acquired their stake at a far higher price - indeed if Boris doesn't offer a fair price this shareholder will not accept it. So until we actually get an offer and a price - no one here can claim to be right on this can they!

Well the 3 sell stands out on Friday - might be MM code - so tomorrow could be interesting to see if small trades continue. At least the share price spread isn't too bad - I remember a 10p - 15p spread a while back! gl

I don't think 4 or 5 posts really can be considered an argument. You should have read the COMS thread yesterday - there was a 12 hour long benny between Mr Bluesky and several posters - usually non holders post on threads because they are trying to talk the share price lower to get their entry price. With TLY I am convinced Trv posted because he noted I was posting there - no other valid reason because he has no intention of buying! Hopefully there will be news here before 19th February - I might add later this week as some cannot wait for news and have sold out making the share price attractive again IF a takeover happens gl

Well you probably agree with GRQ because he has done all he can to trash a share he is invested in for months - reminds you of anyone? If I was having a meltdown believe me you would know!!! I still expect 25-30p takeout price here. Re TLY it is obvious more revenue via new contracts is required for medium term survival - so why is the company recruiting if no contracts are due? Keep watching....

I just do not understand why anyone would post on a share thread were they have no intention of buying - since you mention me in your post (and not GRQ, Cashking, Nottspie or any other TLY holder) if it is not stalking then what would you call it? I will not be making posting observations on those threads you are posting on because I have no intention of buying these shares - it just suggests you want some attention. I am right with most of my AIM share investments (not all) and SNAK is a recovery share with or without a takeover. With TLY it all depends on winning contracts - I know the company is working hard and recruiting - once contracts come the share price will recover - the risk is another placing - keep "watching" over there and lose out on a possible multi-bagger - but if you wish to post there keep it to reasons to invest or not to invest and not on the personalities!

Appears oversold imo so got a very small amount at 0.78p.. although the £6 million proceeds is in dispute there is no guarantee FRM will lose their case or not still receive a penny. There is also an underlying business which may be recovering - results due this month. Definitely not a share for widows, orphans or Joe Bloggs but perhaps for an quick trade? The court case isn't going to happen overnight...

Yes seems over brought now imo... way over historic NAV and PE ratio must be close to 20! I made a nice profit here but sold most after 20p was reached... obviously must be factoring further growth/recovery but personally would not chase until news gla
