Indeed the directors acquired 2.7 millon shares at 24p so I think that will be a fair target to aim for if holding for a while gla

The placing was far higher - so do no expect these shareholders to sell even after todays rise...

Any one know the free float here? Not been a holdings RNS for a while (might be after today).. just wondering if buying demand can push the share price higher due to shares available??

Well as I said earlier - the NAV was £ 21 million as at 30/6/13 or 20p - even if it is now lower due to cash outflow it's probably still around the 15p area... just look at PRW for how a share price can recover within weeks on a trading turnaround - this will not just go up today - but continue over the next few weeks imo (o/t I agree with zatcha1980 that ppr is another high risk play) gla

Fair point - unless of course the revenue increase means another fund raising can either be avoided or delayed

Well perhaps some of the £ 10.1 million pre expenses proceeds reduced the payables and strenghten the balance sheet. If you wait until the results - the share price might be a tad higher by then...

£10.1 million equity placing (May) Proceeds will fund short term working capital requirements and investment in business development and new capacity. Well judging by the trading update - it's working... and hopefully the company will become cash flow positive soon..

Great RNS and December update suggested 2014 would be good..Manage to get shares at 8.5p which is a bargain considering NAV is £ 21 million or over 20p per share. (monitored the share before but never invested that's the trouble with small caps - too many potential bargains). One point of caution - the interims show cash of £ 9.9 million and debt of £800k so net cash of £ 9.1 million. Now the net cash is circ £ 4.5 million - so any concerns on the cash outflow since June 2013??

Had to go to neg trade above 800 shares - strange but suggests low free float available so IF the news is decent buying demand might move this back up - ditto bad news. Fingers crossed although it's looking like 7am tomorrow now...

With 72% held by Mr Woo, and several other large private shareholders - it will not take much buying to push this upwards. Shame about the spread though gla

I would have to look back but i recall the loan could be converted at 4p per share - which wasn't going to happen any time soon. The big news is next week imo (see my post last night) re The Mall. Seems to be a 100k seller this morning otherwise 1p s/b short term target imo gla

US$ 3.9 million loan have been ... CANCELLED This is equal to the current share price alone excluding The Mall pending windfall !!!

No worries - this share has exceeded by expectations - shame so many shares had to be issued to clear debt but £ 60 million cash for an earnings enhancing acquisition should keep the trend going upwards. Always wise to top slice or bank some profits gl

UniVision, Hua Xin and Jun Heng entered into an agreement on 22 August, 2013 which is supplementary to the 22 June 2012 agreement. The agreement commits Hua Xin and Jun Heng to complete the purchase of UniVision's interest in the Mall by a date not later than 28 February, 2014.
