It's a case of "do the company need a placing or can manage without one"... if they need a placing then can they get one done? if so - even doubling the shares in issue offers upside if revenue/profit growth continues - remember they have larger premises now and expasion overseas doing well... thinking of a small top up at this level gla

Which suggests you work or worked at AEC? Which is fine because having an insider view is great and explains your interest. As your drival - most of us mere mortals only have RNSs to go by and read and can only make an investment judgment this way - we cannot all be in the sector or company we invest in! Again I acknowledge this is high risk but since I am sitting on a 30% loss I am happy to hold for developments as the company is still accessing the reasons behind not having the license reinstated. You are confusing me with Time2Buy - btw do you hold shares here or just one of those who look in with no position? Singapore is circ 33% of revenue. Dublin returned to profit. London returned to profit. Malaysia I presume is doing fine. Cost savings going forward. Massive company holds 29.9%. Expansion into India planned. NO ONE knows if Singapore is worth reapplying - even the company is accessing the report before deciding... so sorry the writing might be on the wall for Singapore but the company ain't finished yet and at this price I'm prepared to hold for developments. You?

Were in the RNS does it state that AEC have "thrown in the towel"? It doesn't does it? It states they are considering their options - it all depends if there are major barriers to regaining accreditation or just one or two tweaks are needed.

Looks like I spoke too soon and some are bailing out! I recall talk of a 8p placing - might ring true but not mentioning it in the RNS is worrying
