the shares price is way oversold imo BUT I hate spikes without news so hurry up with a RNS! Also low free float means sharp up and down movements here so not one to chase imo gla

Sorry but there is a RNS today - and it's not good... I suspect a further drop nearer to 10p is now on the cards... the only good element is that the company has cash so has some time to pull though but it's not going to improve here any time soon... gl

It's good news - better than being suspended then admin. Wide spread as per usual and not worth chasing until the next trading update - but perhaps some upside closer to 15p gla

I agree - shareholders will be fuming after reading that RNS - "great outcome" "pleased" etc. Not one word of apology to the actual owners of the company - the shareholders. How these people get away with it is beyond me

Never thought I would see sub 2p here - this is stupid now - also doesn't help having a low share price if the company decides to go down the debt for equity route at a later date! IMO looking oversold - will reinvest asap

Agree - sold a while back and only just noticed how low the share price has got to! The only crumb is that you can sell this afternoon (if you wish) before suspension tomorrow. Not impressed and tbh and that sure they will relist imo Sorry to see this happen here as many had high hopes gl

Some will probably sell over 1p as there was a spike a few months ago and then a sharp drift back - this time it might be different as the news cannot be too far away now. The bigger question is what the company will do once a judgment is made - keep it - delevop it - sell it etc (buyback - special dividend - corporate take over of similar business are all options on the table) gla

Well on Advfn some reckon the share price really should be 2p - 3p once it is resolved so pently of upside and shareholder holds 70% so not much volume moves this sharply - I think the share price s/b north of 1p anyway so imo good time to buy in - especially on a six month view gl

thanks - I recall that (one of) the judge died so everything got held up so hopefully new judge will push this along - its been ages dragging on - seems like two years!

Some good news at last - restart on 29th October so hopefully a resolution to this Mall sale issue early next year !

Actually it's mixed news imo. Good news that delisting vote held off but bad news that the answer might be more borrowing via a discounted equity issue with I suspect Mr Bell ending up with a larger share of the cake... interesting times though gla

I presume the biggest risk is a dilutive placing at some point? (agree significant potential upside)

Been mentioned a lot today on Advfn - so I guess some are attempting a day trade since it does not take much volume to move this - lets hope I am wrong and it stays at this level during the afternoon gla

The share volume doesn't justify the spike so I presume this party has a large buy order in place to return to its previous holding. One word of warning to note - there's nothing to stop them going though the correct route in a week or two time to dispose of their holding if this is what they wish - however the share price was oversold anyway. could be a couple of weeks of sharp share price movements - either way - imo gla
