Were has all the posters from yesterday gone? Day traders I think.... still, agree that there might be value here on further weakness. Feel sorry for existing shareholders - such a discounted placing stinks..

I agree, sell into any spike - Phorm has always been a good trading share but not one to hold indefinitely considering the real risks. For example, revenue would have to increase way over 100 fold to break even... it's not impossible but a) will take years and b) there will be far more shares in issue by the time it (ever) became profitable..

TBH you can miss this share today because the same 3-4 posters are posting almost every minute! (there's no need for a minute by minute update on the latest trade or share price - we can see for ourselves).. I just detest ultra ramping - just as bad as deramping in my book. This is risky... ok might double but it will probably take some decent news flow going forward first

Just an observation - certain posters appear on certain shares when there is either a spike or a collaspe - just remember it doesn't always go back up just because it has fallen off a cliff...

Yes - so what's the point of having a date within a RNS?

My point is that these shares do not hit the market until the 13th October... so perhaps a decent trade UP to this date imo

Sorry but I cannot see much short term upside here. Let's be clear. 70 MILLION SHARES will hit the market on 13th October at FIVE PENCE. Currently there are 16 million shares in issue with the share price 60% about the placing price... OK - this might be a day trade share but I just cannot see much upside about 10p - for a start, the placees will probably be selling and banking their 60% profit won't they?

So they are "pleased" to announce this placing. I doubt existing shareholders are feeling the same..

Seems like another disguised profit warning to me.... it's ok banging on about future growth but perhaps the company should get its current trading sorted first! Should be back down today...

I have held GWIN and it does move on low volume and is at a historic low (for various reasons). Definitely one to research and to consider if you are an AIM investor gla

Please remove this poster - he was probably on GSR under a different name earlier this week. Ramping to push up a share price on incorrect information in order to make an quick profit is simply unacceptable

Unsure how any one can be so bullish now - at least there's still cash and possible corporate action at some point in the future - but the share price offers little upside imo until material news gla

That's it then - no value for HCP to be returned. Just the cash NAV left of circ 1.3p.... which costs will eat into unless a new investment is made..

So the company issues a "speeding ticket no reason" RNS and people still want to buy on the spike!!?!?!?

Delisted shares can still be traded - just that it's a lot harder to buy/sell and you cannot be sure of what price you will get - but quite a few AIM companies are going down this route.... re NBU.. might reinvest a small amount sub 25p but hope current shareholders will an uplift soon gla

The only trouble with this investment strategy (either having a stop loss or selling at a certain level at a loss) with AIM shares is you could go round in ever decreasing circles. Take it from me as an ex active AIM trader - selling at a loss and trying to get it all back into another share doesn't always work - usually your new share falls and you sell and try again! I understand why you have sold (re no dividend) but there's no guarantee you will make it up elsewhere. The times I have sold only to see my ex investment climb back up.....

Also it might have been a short (if your investment strategy is to bet on shares falling - which is against my principals) at 60-70p but not too sure it's a (decent) short now... chinese companies have a history of under performing the market and over egging the pudding but I see some upside here for those who wish to invest a part of their portfolio in higher risk share(s)... however it could fall further first gla

As I said the other day... long term shareholders have been waiting a very long time for this sale to go though - sadly the death of a related party representative has further delayed matters - I suspect we are now talking 1st quarter next year. However the NAV is 3-4p and there is little downside here - only upside so one to tuck away for 1-2 years to reap the rewards. re EarlyBird-Rns - not sure he is winding us up but he got a RNS wrong on GWIN yesterday - so my advice to him/her is to simply not rush telling us all there's a new RNS out because 90% of us check regularly any way gla

I presume the next news will be confirmation of the sale of The Mall - however since shareholders have been waiting a long time (over a year) it is unclear whether this will be this week, month or even year. It will probably come out of the blue - imo the next news will be any update at the AGM so best to buy/hold and wait gla

Thanks - my only (current) worry is that we are talking Co-operative Bank here... after their recent history I am not sure if they will act as positively or be as flexible as other banks re outstanding debts - fingers crossed gl
