Trading update...

Watching like a hawk in case there is developments but still not sure I will reinvest yet because a) the share price is at or just above cash NAV and b) there are dozens of cash shells on AIM - some with sharper discounts. However, you only need to looke at VMP to see that sometimes the "buzz" of a key appointment over takes the reality of the actual cash NAV position! Good luck those in - it might come good soon and I might rejoin you..

I wonder what ever happened to HAMP - probably parts of the business still trading - shareholders xxxxxxx as per usual. Cannot see this happening here but the number of shares delisting - or having 50% one day slides - is getting scaring now.. couldn't believe it happen to ULT yesterday - and it was not long ago LOND was near £2 ! (and held by a well known investment manager in a portfolio I work on)... that's why I do not ever get too exposed to any one share any more - just not worth the risk gl

Well I just looked at my own profile .. it definitely feels a lot longer and you obviously get to "know" a few names/characters and who to trust/respect and who to distrust/avoid and then there are some in the middle! I think I might have left for a year or two and then restarted my membership? I must try to get round to posting on the general chat soon too as I haven't been monitoring all the share recs. As for CCE ... this share has the potential to multi bag over the next ten years imo ... risks include more dilution etc but get in now and stick with it - also a good s/t trading share too gl

Look - just to repeat myself one last time - all I could see was your posts so WRONGLY put two and two together as if you look - this thread is very inactive... probably just 3-4 regular posters atm. Again, I am sorry and lets discuss the merits of the share in future gl

Been on LSE for three years and well known... posters like Riddler will vouch for me - I post 95% fair and balanced views - do not (over) ramp and definitely very rarely deramp ANY WERE. As I rather see the merits of the share and will back 100% my investments whilst acknowledging opposing views when valid... I used to post on 30 plus threads all at the same time too - not at the moment - I repeat - I like CCE - perhaps if you go over to Advfn - you might see what I mean about the poster who has got MY back up...

Fine - we obviously both like similar small cap/AIM shares so obviously will knock into one another on various share threads were we hold - I made a mistake and I clearly explained my reason for (just) asking if you posted on the CCE Advfn thread. Perhaps you take things too personally.....

BTW I hold CCE! (being in so many shares I simply cannot keep track or post on every thread - perhaps when I retire I might be more active on LSE again but I have a day job which keeps me occupied gl)

What am I doing? I am no longer an active poster on LSE - probably 5 - 10 times today. All I observed was today only you were posting this afternoon and I get annoyed with CCE and one poster on Advfn who has a bad attitude - deramps every AIM share going EXCEPT the one share he holds - which is CCE. Apologies if I am out of order but see it from my point of view -a poster on Advfn is promoting CCE who I detest - then I see multiple posts on CCE on LSE - can you blame me for asking the question if you MAY be the same poster - as I am sure quite a few post on both websites and most rarely keep the same/similar user name. Again apologies and not even looked at UEN nor do I stalk to ascertain what you have posted or were you have posted - I cannot be bothered to look at posters history - what's the point? People should DYOR and I do think a few here post far too much for their own health..

Well at this ultra low share price - small shareholders virtually have nothing to lose by voting AGAINST the delisting - so what if he calls in the loans? ATM the shares are almost worthless any way... if the company is (then) not capable of repaying the debt - I say let him go down with the ship... also beware that he MIGHT try to then get the company on the cheap via a pre-pack. I hope you guys do not let this happen gl

The loans/debt are similar to assets and NAV is circ 10p (from memory) so again I repeat - this news alone is not valid enough for a spike (unless Advfn P&D crew are mad at it). Being oversold and at a NAV discount are good reasons - and have been... for WEEKS

...in line with BOOK VALUE... so not realising a material profit - so not really sure why there's a rise on this news? (although perhaps the shares being oversold and at a sharp NAV discount are good reasons...)

A PE of x15 is pretty generous imo - still some upside if they are not delisted... still unsure what's his game here... he obviously expects to get repaid at some point so why his request to delist? Very strange...

So why don't the BoD ask other shareholders for more funds via a placing - to keep this company LISTED? (ie. pay back the loans so this ONE shareholder doesn't xxxx up all the other shareholders)

Could this happen elsewhere? ie. same sector share - Totally? (feel like avoiding AIM like the plague atm)

Ok but we are not that far off - maybe the DOW is over-valued or has a high PE average? Is there a risk that Sainsburys might drop out of the FTSE100? Now that would cause a further sell off. I guess this is a good time to buy if you are prepared to hold for a few years - Sainsburys is one of the stronger players/brands in the sector and will adapt in time

I thought the FTSE was near its all time high?

I am OBVIOUSLY refering to the like for like drop - not the share price which is prob oversold (ditto Tesco) and agree about a short attack here. However markets look forward and sentiment is bad for the entire sector so I am not that surprised at the drop (compared to some shares were the shorters have totally dominated ie qpp)
