To be fair - any one acquiring 3% must either know something or sees potential... I think we all agree the share price is on the floor and can only go back up ... (presuming no bad news)

TBH I would have to research on how many new stadiums are being built for the world cup but I doubt HTIG will be involved with each and everyone. If you recall, we all thought the Brazilian stadium builts would be transformational .. and all we ended up with was unpaid receipts and debt... previous contracts have been loss making... so i just would like a) ONE decent contract CONFIRMED and b) that it is profitable and c) there is no risk of equity fund raising and finally ... perhaps a share consolidation to remove the spread and daily wild swings... i hold because I see potential but actually this is one of the riskier shares on AIM imo until news materialises hence why i would not be piling all my spare cash in here but its defintiely one for a higher risk investor gl

I'm not sure why there;s an attack on derampers here. As someone who has traded this share various times - and currently hold a few - you only need to look at the history here. Large contracts have been flagged since this time last year! First we expected contracts by June 2014, then by the year end and now very very soon! The potential is massive - one or two decent contracts (which actually make a profit) and a re-rating will occur - but sorry - no one likes derampers - but surely senseless ramps are just as bad??

Well if someone is buying before news - then that's insider trading... it's more likely to be 1-2 traders buying a load to move the share price then suggesting contract news is due... while they sell out on the spike... come on, be honest - you know this happens.... all the time on AIM !!

The news wasn't about contracts though was it? It was financial updates re German business.... I agree we are way overdue contract news but there's been false rumours, scoop weblinks and too many other p&d attempts here to get too excited... at the moment.... (hold a small amount .. just in case)

What's for sure is that this has happen 3-5 times over the last few months - so maybe it's legit or just an quick p&d. The company should either release a "no reason for share price movement" RNS or a contract RNS ... t o d a y !!

Yes if you expect the premium placing to be successful.... but there is one big IF on the horizon... the resignation of the NOMAD - GWIN have to get a replacement, otherwise it's curtains as far as the AIM listing is concerned..... get a new broker - then the premium placing done - then there will be a re-rating .... but it's not a cert and still high risk...

Yep - guess which share will be in the top riser list today? First invested here at the 1p level and traded it a few times since. The share price is very likely to move into double figures - sooner rather than later imo gla

Yes Phorm can be a good day trading share and probably will go up 20% plus today. The only trouble is that the company is still some way off making a profit so the question is "how many more equity raisings will be required over the next 2-3 years before/if this happens?"

NBU has always been a high risk share even for AIM - as a previous holder I hope the company is relisted but it's not looking good..

Not disputing the potential - just the reason for the interest today.... I rather there was an actual RNS to justify the interest but - who knows - PAA might be a 2015 tip in a newspaper and I am holding because I need it to at least double to get back into profit gl

Still holding here so ANY interest is welcome. I note that PAA was mention yesterday on the No1 trading thread over on Advfn - hence why the sudden interest imo (quick 1-2 day trade being attempted). However, PAA MAY be undervalued presuming it can get one major golf tourument back in 2015 and several new music projects in Japan are being muted. Also there was a 156p placing last year so pently here under water - might be worth a small investment for newbies as any decent news will push this back up and tbh there should be little downside from here gla

Still high risk but a good entry point - eg. there was a decent one day movement upwards recently - news is due too as the company usually reports 2-3 times per year on new contracts etc gla

Usually companies only report on large spikes .. probably down to the low free float - any significant buy/sell moves this sharply - hope so, as it is of concern gl

Yep - watch the day traders/rampers appear shortly imo ... trouble is that one shareholder holds 72% and you also have a couple of others with 2-4% holdings, so low free float and any interest will cause a sharp spike up and later profit taking will cause a sharp re-trace - if past history repeats here. Anyway, this share is a strong hold without this news if "newbies" read back - the NAV is over 2p for a start!! gla

Yep two resolutions passed - two not passed - fingers crossed they sort this out especially for the long term holders here gla

Possible suspension looming - question is whether to stick with it or sell out. Not an easy choice but i would presume they would get another advisor??

Not blaming them - come on, the number of times AIM companies share prices have spiked without a reason this year most be 20 plus. If it is being promoted on a BB (after they acquire x shares) then others will pile in - then the original early morning buyers exit without saying and it falls straight back down. The share price is going to move up on the buying and down on the selling - although perhaps going to 2p plus was out of order. It's not the first time this has happen with GWIN either - as you say, better to have actual news to back up a 100% intra day movement - which is likely here at some point..

This was 2p the last time I looked - I REALLY hope this wasn't a P & D via another BB website (again) as surely it should not be allowed - quick in - telling everyone to pile in - then they sell without a single word! Still - this has a good chance of coming good and those who stick with it might get rewarded gla
