Food price deflation.. real term wages down... competition... customers switching to perceived better value chains.. perhaps costs up (rates/salaries/pension contributions)... it is all an ever decreasing circle and no short term solution in slight (ditto Tesco/Morrisons).. remember although wages might increase in real terms next year.. so have interest rate rises to consider... oh, and hving too many supermarket chains all next to one another and/or another Sainsburys just down the road doesn't help either!

Very strange - 20k buys pushes share price up to 70p then 10k sells pushes it all the way back - at least the MMs made some money... be interesting to see if there's any volume tomorrow and another sharp movement gl

Good reaction to the results (so far).. obviously the embedded value of the company ie. selling 15% of one (?) golf championship for US$ 750,000 suggests the NAV is far higher than the current share price. Now if the promised music events and golf sponsorship is sorted - the share price will correct gla

Wow - US$5 million valuation on the Golf Championship - that should steady the ship going forward... not great interims but costs reduced (going forward) and several music events plus Championships gold sponsorships in the works.. hopefully this is the floor...

Not too exposed thanks - cooksburrow (thank you) have been giving out warning signs and I had reduced exposure sharply simply because I could not see much upside for the rest of the year. So IF this is the end I'll be down something like £500 - but as you know, I have been in a few suspended shares and most have relisted so not sure this is the end especially since Boris has a shareholding (unless he makes a low ball offer while the shares are suspended)...

To leave it so late to state the accounts had not been given a clean audit - as a (small) shareholder I am NOT impressed and probably will sell out if/when the shares are relisted... outrageous!!

Hi, not too bad thanks... this share price is at rock bottom so hopefully decent upside in the medium term. The risk is further dilution (considering the continued losses) but I like the story here gl

Results out - how will the share price react?

Not looked in for a while after selling into the spike a few months ago.. as per usual, most rampers have left the building and gone elsewhere while some longer termers remain. I hope a few sold some at the peak or haven't continued to average down on the way down... no idea what the share price will do going forward but it is looking fair value now imo (still several times cash nav value) considering the potential of an IPO etc. Might reinvest soon but there's quite a few oversold AIM shares to pick from at the moment gla

Got back in here yesterday... not sure about 15p but definitely can see 7p-9p again in the short term... agree better to be in a share on the way up than a share being ramped that has already gone up 35 times this week! (I know which one I would go for) gl

Nothing special - but seems like the company now feels it is the "right size" to benefit from expected upturn in 2015 (were have I heard this before?)... maybe a small bounce today?

Just had an quick scan - not great but not dire neither.. seems like the company expects 2015 to be better and is confident of rewarding shareholders over the long term... let's be honest.. at 1.7p there isn't much downside left! Presuming the company gets though this rough patch (not a cert) then there is decent upside here over the medium term - if you are patient. Also there could be an opportunity for a day trade here today for the short termers gla

Well - obviously all the rampers who talked up this share being a multi bagger have disappeared. The sad thing is within the results is there's no talk of any new IPO/investment. The cash will just disappear over the next two years unless they pull a rabbit out of the hat... no more than a hold

It works both ways - just made a comment that all the rampers have left UVEL since the spike ended and the share drifted back.... well done if you got in on the low you might be able to make a decent profit here. However I still maintain that plus 10p is not likely any time soon - especially if the 5p placing shares are dumped next month so I'm looking to trade this - not stick around indefinitely as I just see the share price staying in a tight range - will be happy to be proven wrong!

Well - this (the share price) has gone back to square one... I expect the pumpers dumped after the last spike. Instead of waiting for a few more weeks/months - they rather sell at a loss and try to get their money back elsewhere. That's ok - but you can end up in ever decreasing circles!

It is a signifiant dilution - about 4.5 times the current number fo shares in issue. Isn't this reason for the 65% drop in share price this week? (agree about the billion of shares comment though)

Read what I actually said. "certain posters had disappeared".. that's my point - some posters appear on spikes/falls then disappear... so I'm glad to note you are still here today!
