" The contractor has teamed up with industry leading brands to deliver the latest technology from AC and DC charging solutions delivering 3 to 350kW " ......shall we guess who that might be ?.....full article here https://www.constructionenquirer.com/2022/07/29/bam-launches-ev-charging-business/
It appears that Hydrologiq have used the £630k government funding to hire a few fuel cells and sub let them .....no R&D involvement for them there then.....Toyota PEM fuel cells are used by the French company EODev.....as we will never know the financial contract details they have with Kier ....it will be virtually impossible to compare with the AFC system .
There are some great reseachers on this BB ....cover a wide range of topics and have vast experience in all things AFC .......What we need is for AFC to ask for our help.... to find these missing links in the supply chain .....what exactly are we short of ?.....lets us know ......we would love to help .
Some discussion about using Hydrogen Fuel Cells start @ 23:35 .....HS2 plan to share their data findings with the wider industry ..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=As-t4UBsLvA
Hi chippyjo..... I have read your post several times now and cannot quite grasp what you are trying to say .....i can certainly understand there is plenty of available grid power in Central London and contractors may well have the opportunity to use that power for their renovation works ....the Power Tower would be trialled for that renovation and not to power the new building .....both the customer FORE Partnership.....and the contactor Willmott Dixon are on a 100% green journey ..... https://www.constructionenquirer.com/2022/07/26/green-focus-helps-willmott-dixon-win-50m-office-job/
Another great contract for the AFC Power Tower to shine ....have our sales team been on the ball ?.... https://www.constructionnews.co.uk/contractors/willmott-dixon/green-credentials-help-willmott-dixon-to-50m-office-refurb-27-07-2022/

I would agree that there must be numerous NDA's in place that we know nothing about....the very meaning of an NDA ......the 50+ positive enquiries being subject to NDA for example ?......However the ENOWA story is now well and truly out there with global TV /Media coverage and our own AFC tweets .....an ENOWA NDA that AB is happy to let slip ?
Rather than spending time debating a post by Daz9643.....would it not be more interesting to find out why AFC have made no attempt to explain the connection with ENOWA and why the fuel cell was decked out in ENOWA branding at the Sardinia Extreme E races ?
AFC are in a joint research project with Johnson Matthey.....started May 2018 ... https://gtr.ukri.org/projects?ref=EP%2FR023522%2F1#/tabOverview
Were chosen to design the control system for AFC ....have not found any evidence that my have altered that contract ..... if they are no longer designing for AFC....they may well be the electrical component supplier ... https://helford.pro/hv-consultant-case-studies/
This should be good news for our eVtol partners Urban Airport.....https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-62177614
Garonne......If you study this Reach announcement from Oct 2020 ....in particular the last paragraph ......search for the conclusion of that presentation .....it will help you understand.....Remember one of the very first things AB did with the fund raise money .....thats right open a new AEM test centre at Dunsfold.. https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/AFC/afc-to-present-alkamem174-at-conference-wsm8wguuulccu1y.html
In the link provided by MrAdventurous....https://www.efoy-pro.com/en/energy-solutions/efoy-h2cabinets/#s4 ... if you scrool down you will find examples of running time / supply power to Hydrogen used ..... if AFC were to provide such data we could all see that AFC systems will prove to be more cost effective by with the ability to use lower grade H2.....
Thanks Daz9643.......I did notice that comment but it was not the glowing excitement i was thinking of .....this is the sort of comment we have come to see from previous RNS ...this is from Chris Lilley Director Kier Group and is quite typical ...... "To meet our net zero carbon targets outlined in our Building for a Sustainable World framework, it's crucial that we continue to work with credible supply chain partners and trial new innovations. Following on from the trial in the South West, we will assess other sites that we can use the Power Tower on."
No question todays RNS is good news .....but what did surprise me was the lack of comment from Mace-Dragados at the base of the RNS .... I checked previous RNS from Keltbray.. Kier ..Acciona.. Urban.. ABB ..Vard ..Ricardo ..Altaaqa..Extreme E . They all made positve announcements .
