Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
To ensure unique identification of SARS and avoid false negative and false positive detection, the computation of SARS-CoV-2-specific primers (how PrimerDesign TM evolved) will always now be required. This new set of primers will always be required if the specificity or sensitivity of the qRT-PCR test changes due to mutations in the SARS-CoV-2 genome or related coronavirus genomes.
COG-UK (with NCYT support) sequence more than SARS genomes than anyone else in the UK. Provided data on viral transmission in care homes, universities, hospitals and through international travel. The tracking and analysis of viral variants and monitored bioinformatics (with NCYT) and data sharing tools will ensure a forever strategy. The market will one day realise this.
Will Flu Season Make A Comeback? ....Why We’ll Need Covid And Flu Tests This Winter.
The article suggests "But if we take a common-sense approach – i.e., staying at home when sick, wearing a mask when in public indoor spaces (including during air travel), and getting vaccinated against Covid-19 and influenza – then we have the opportunity to turn the page on the Covid-19 pandemic and author a healthier future for everyone"

We know none of the above will happen here in the UK :-(
I'm getting a sense that UK/ Europe producers of LFTs are waiting for the free stock to end. I can't see that happening especially now we're entering the worst 2 seasons...maybe the LFT antigen Saliva could be a breakthrough for the schools and the anti swab brigade...In the mean time, NCYT should go straight to the USA/ UAE type markets, especially with the 2nd gen antibody....most vaccine development occurs in the USA and they would jump on it like you wouldn't believe.
this pandemic has taught me many things and media manipulation is certainly one of them......COVID news is 100% being suppressed now....remember that film 'Wag the Dog' in the 90s
Seems like the WHO has stepped in to monitor any new COVID variant 'Mu' has been classified VOI...the WHO updates it's monitoring list weekly....NCYT and COG UK must be involved with this update of information....it will be the sequencing that outlives every form of testing as vaccine development for emerging variants will be paramount....in fact I can't see symptomatic sequencing testing and data collection ever stopping from now on...or at least in our life time.
In my pharma rep days many moons ago, you either jumped ship for more money, promotion or you got tired of the competition's product wiping the floor with your own promoted product....I wonder what motivated his change?
it also that now we've all been vaccinated, we have antibody memory for that vaccine type (Kent variant B117), so with a new infection it's that memory antibody that's steps forward to try and protect the body.....that's when the lowered protection for flu and the new variants step in....tricky times are ahead of us :-s
unusually for this time of year, there's a lot of coughing and spluttering.....around the supermarket people look at eachother, almost paranoid wondering 'I wonder what she's got'.....even my son having returned from Reading Musuc Festival came back with a bad cough.....I tested him (as gdad sometimes visits)....he was negative....but then I was only 60% sure if the test was OK....as the days get shorter and the coughing starts....how are we going to know what's what and rid ourselves of this paranoia?........when we find out (WinterPlex)....what do we do we that information?....wear a badge with flu, Alpha, beta, gamma, delta etc?
Novacyt: how the share price rose 18,000% in one year

That'll will be the point when the bulk of shares go from the PIs and into the hands of the institutions. This will lead to it also coming out of AIM......SP ranges will be much higher too......a lot of the grinding down in price is because of too sticky PI hands on their shares.....my personal target is £18, then I'm off to the Maldives ;-)
