the writing down of £28m this year and using elsewhere (especially the Q machines) makes up for smart accounting....bet any chemical or reagents will get recycled too....remember, we're living in a world of electronic chip and chemical shortage....so in essence, when the DHSC pay back what they owe, that will be a bonus and their stock provision has been used and sold elsewhere already.....boom......very creative accounting ;-)
"For the purposes of the interim results, the Company is required to apply the applicable accounting standards to the disputed revenues".....so they had to declare something and as always the worst case scenario.....unfortunately, for the investors that don't get it or those who want to take advantage of it they'll jump at this opportunity.
"The Company continues to work with its legal advisers to progress the dispute and believes it has strong grounds to assert its contractual rights"
...and in my own experience with the DHSC, they always pay in the end especially when in need and this Atumn/ Winter, they will be in need 100%
Diagnostics is prime industry, especially with test innovation here....NCYT will certainly be seen a T/O target....not many AIM stocks with these fundamentals out there.....I see many (on this board too) trying to shake many invested.
we are no different today than yesterday, other than provisions being made as a contigency.....this is all parrt of the transition process bring the new CEO in.....good luck to GM, he reponded to the market quickly back in 2020, got his fingers a little burn't, but that what happens when you deal with the DHSC....they always pay in the end....plus NCYT are already in much busier times now and moving forward.....DA will be selling chocolate fireguards to the arabs :-)
yes, poor UK support from BoJo and his cronies....the UK health system will be sold off to the far east.
Anyway, now we have this declared surplus stock, it can be sold again elsewhere....demand is huge at present, here and overseas
I see what you mean....nice:

BoJo recommended we all use common sense with self protection, ironically NO common sense is being used putting together a Winter strategy to protect the country....Sajid says Plan B would be triggered by NHS pressure.....what hospitalisation figure will that be? and will it include the backlog that's being allowed to get bigger to mask the NHS pressure & strain....what a ****E show !
Yes, one for the diary 3 & 4 November 2021, NEC, Birmingham:

Amazing how Innova and FlowFlex ethically and rapidly got through the system...wink wink pass the brown envelope please to BoJo's Oversight Group.

The emergence of variants may have an impact on vaccine efficaciousness (say that after a G&Ts). The SNPsig assays offer the ability to track variants on-site and to generate a result in hours, compared to the current approach of next generation sequencing, which is typically constrained by limited capacity, high cost and an off-site multi-day turnaround. Once the new variant genome is known NCYT will develop a primer for detection.
most are feeling once the DHSC resolution or conclusion takes place....the NCYT sentiment will go back on track regarding it's fundamentals and potential.....the NHS open framework has already been spending millions with NCYT during discussions, so draw your own conclusions from that ;-)....it's the exchanged value of goods and any loss value that seems to not bee known....some clarity is key here
THIS IS FALSE: CDC withdraws emergency use request for COVID-19 PCR test due to inaccuracy

BoJo uses the media to promote and flog his cheap crappy far east generic LFT antigen tests (£billions).....I'm afraid to say that non far east LFT antigen will never be able to compete on price....ever...the Govt is already reneging on UK/ Europe LFT antigen deals already....that's why in testing I've put my money on PCR and 2nd gen LFT antibody as it will stay in the hands of the trained individuals forever....decentralised diagnostics test labs (for all deseases) around the world with trained individuals working alongside pharma developers is where the future lies...thankfully NCYT is positioning itself right where the potential is ;-)
symptomatic PCR testing will go on for many years... asymptomatic testing will stop first... that's the risk with LFT antigen tests....if they put the wasted money of millions of packs of unused home LFTs into proper trained regulated testing, they wouldn't be talking about it..... that's why my money's on PCR and then on 2nd gen LFT antibody especially with cash rich vaccine developers.... lucky NCYTs already in bed with AZN ;-)
The key to good surveillance is the sequencing and sharing of enough genomes to track mutations and variants of concern as they arise. Especially at borders...Surveillance networks range from large national programmes e.g. COG UK to small, grass-roots operations (NCYT Bioinfomatics), but they all report into the same national and then international database........so they are talking GAAARRRRBAGE !
