Great price at these levels. I’d like to think we could move on from fossil fuels but the world is still hungry for these fuels until we get a break through energy like fusion. Shell also well positioned to benefit from a move to hydrogen. Bargain <1200 and will recover once COVID has some therapeutics or vaccine and the world can get back to business as usual. GLA DYOR

My view is that BT is caught in a similar trap that brought British Energy to its knees...namely government regulation. BE ended up having their hands tied and unable to compete on the UK markets. The net effect of this was things ran down to an end game of being sold off cheap to EDF. Shooting ourselves in the foot... :-/ GLA DYOR

global market sentiment amplifying any issues

Some attractive prices here. Like the next guy I was to address climate change and move away from dirty fuels. Ain't going to happen any time soon until we get fusion online. Alternatives give some respite and make us feel good but the output won't sink the world greed for energy any time soon. Emerging economies wont slow growth to be PC. We'll solve this through tech but for now we are all using fossil fuels so plenty of upside here and with Shell...strong balance sheets and projecttastic. GLA DYOR

Still a market leader in services and executing internal changes wasn’t going to be a short process. They still have a very healthy order book which is very positively. In terms of price...if you stick your head up...notice anything out there in the news at the moment feeding huge negative market sentiment? Everything is down and I suspect will continue that way until there is a peaking of new corona cases or effective treatment protocol. Great price now but only for the brave. When everyone is running for the hills there is hay to be made ^^

Bargain at this price and oil is king until fusion comes online. I love renewables but they don't scale to our energy hungry world :-/
