Aero, i think you will be very lucky to get your 16p entry, but you never know. SP just shot up to 19.88, only to dive minutes later to 19.32.......it's all over the place!

@Go, agree with that, but was just trying to highlight the disconnection between the company and the share price. Between what we on here all want, and what the Market will let us have. Will future guidance be seen by Market/Media as tastier jam, but still it's coming tomorrow? Certain media simply cannot resist any pathetic excuse to slam Capita. It's almost, or completly, impossible to judge how the Market will respond tomorrow IMV.....

@Crow, hopefully so, but beware any 'suckers rally' as what happened in March. SP 'taken' up to c21p before FY'23, only to crash to 12p a little over a month later. Personally i can't see that this time, but it will depend on where the MM's want it to be......

Just on those AT transactions. I was reading more on XTX Markets. They make trades totaling £250 Billion every day. Employ 200 people, but not a single trader. All trades performed automatically by algorithm. Assume they make their billions by trading fractions of a penny.

Well, if the sale of Capita One at £207m was just the warm up act, i can't wait for the main performance at 7am Friday....

Just in from morning out. Your 3 comments seem to chime together. AH sold part of the company for £207 when the market cap was c£250m[15p]. Yet the SP has drifted down. Dissapointing! Why? Again, possible leak? Walleye not closed or reduced. Eventually the numbers from the company will prove irresistable to a SP increase. But, is that now? A tad more kitchen sinking coming? H1'25 are the key numbers for me that will proove AH's vision is working.

Don't think MM's, Algo's, Media, Shorters etc have finished playing with the SP quite yet. Unless AH has a hat & rabbit....

Someone(?) suggested support at 16.? If it drops to that level post H1 i have decided to add.

Unlike a trader i feel it's like planting seeds, to be harvested in the future. I wonder at some point, H1 '25, if we will look back at sub 20p and wonder why we didn't sell a kidney to buy more.......

@Lordy, i am by no means a Socialist, but i do agree this Government needs to save money, so teaming up with a company like what AH is making Capita into makes good sence. For the record i did not, and have never, voted Labour.

Well if the Cap1 sale took SP from 15.5 to 22.5, then half of that gain is gone now......19.16p

I feel myself torn here between what i want from the SP post H1. My boots are full really, so am hoping for 25p COB Friday, and finally into some profit. But, part of me wants a negative reaction from the Market. Say a drop to 15/16 again. Then i'm in a quandary. Do i just sit back & wait for FY'24/H1'25, or spend some cash tucked into my till from my sales of COIN to double down? Hmmm......

Agree JG, AH not even done a full 6 months in post yet. I think he will tell it like it is come Friday. 'This is what iv'e seen. This is what i am doing about it. Here is where i want Capita to go. But we ain't there yet.' Said in a way we all here understand it. Everyone wants great news. But i don't think enough great news is here yet to appease Mr Market. FCF will be a watch point. Debt reduction. Margin improvement. Revenue will be hit; by how much?

So, come next weekend will we "dance beneath the diamond sky, one hand waving free" or be sat in the corner of the bar with 'leave me alone' written plain for all to see.......lol

I found that quite interesting NF. XTXMarkets. Alex Gerko obviously greatly values his employees. Listens to them. Empowers them, and reaps the rewards from that. Creating not just a place to work, but somewhere that a person can feel they are part of something special. Where they feel they can excel. Those are qualities i recognise in our Adolfo Hernandez. If AH can bring to Capita a fraction of what this guy has, then we are all in for quite a ride!

Was thinking over the weekend of past years prior to results and how glum i felt. Expecting not much, and being dissapointed in getting less. More 'jam tomorrow'. But now, even i can allow myself to feel excited that Capita is being guided to a better future. If results are a little 'jam tomorrow' i'm good with that. I can wait and enjoy the ride in the knowledge that Adolfo's 'jam' will be far tastier than Jon's 'jam'.
