Agree bubbles, but never forget the SP is manipulated by more than MM's. Media, Hedge Funds &,yes, Brokers are just as culpable. Thing is, don't fixate on the SP until staring at it makes your eyes sting. Study the company. Eventually the SP will track the company if results come through. But right now other factors are influencing daily SP movements.

Also, you may want to rethink before selling VOD at a possible loss. Turnaround story there too. Sold Spain & Italy for 12 billion. Paying down debts. Huge buyback. Over 5% divi while you wait. Guess if you're a trader who timed it wrong & have a high average you might see if differantly. For me, i'm into profit at 73p ish. So, unless i need the money, i'm holding...

Here's a announcement from the Capita website from 2 months back relating their tie up with ServiceNow. This collaboration, among others, are what will help transform Capita from a JL company to what AH envisages it becoming...

Here is an article on ServiceNow dated today. A very well regarded company with Citi increasing their Buy rating to $911; that's 25% over todays SP.

This is the sort of research you God fearing Pilgrims should be concentrating on, not daily trades....of course IMHO

I really don't get this fascination with the study of the minute movements in the share price. The share price is a product of manipulators who move it's value about to suit their own purposes. I can only assume those with interest must be pure traders, looking to enter and exit huge amounts at fractions of a penny. The company is what you Pilgrims should be concentrating on. The share price is not the company. Individual hourly trades, for me anyway, are meaningless. Do your research thoroughly and make an investment decision.

Those whom have a strategy of trading the highs & low's between 20p to say 25p will have to be very lucky indeed to come out better than those who hold throughout. Certainly with Capita anyway; there are better shares for trading. Those that seem 'range bound'. Too much recent good news here which will work against you.

Just my take as a long term holder(sufferer), but each to their own i guess......

Yes, and they may well have their position hedged through use of an Option....

Still, i think the easy day's of making hay by short selling Capita have passed....

You would think Walleye would be crazy not to close their short before H1. So much good news surrounding this company now.

Thanks for your reply Go. I held RDSB & BP after Covid decimated their respective SP's. But, as usual with me, sold out too soon (but did well enought i suppose). I just have a small position (358 shares) in DEC, which are showing a tiny profit.

Yes, my Meta(FB) have had a torid time since topping out at $540 (ATH) only a week or so back. Just off 10% now from there at $486. I'm planning on 'buying the dips' as/if the SP hits $460. Hold 203 shares now. Strategy; buy & hold. Need to offload some (17 shares) in Coin if it hits my target $255 to increase liquidity.

As you say, some shares lend themselves to a trading strategy; Coin is my example, but even tho no stamp or fee's the FX hurts. Capita is the opposite, for me anyway.....

I guess we all here have our own ways to make money from the market..

Yep, agree with most of that Go, have recommended. CPI, buy now and hold long term. Cap gain + divi eventually.
