Absolutely loved the show last night the sound quality and intimacy of the experience blew me away even though it's pre pubescent girls music! One possible issue did spring to mind though would be interested to hear anyone else's thoughts: piracy. It was remarkably easy to video record the live show on my phone and I uploaded several videos to both Facebook and Twitter to spread the gospel. This will be even easier once the phone apps come out. Even though Melody could be seen to help on the piracy side of the music industry by taking money away from touts etc there is a danger it could become a target for piracy itself. It would be very easy to record these shows and stream it live through any streaming site as people do with sky sports etc. I know skys profits have been hit hugely by this in recent years, wondering if it could be an issue for Melody moving forward. What do people think?

Today's RNS just confirming what we already knew that FDA will come in Q1 next year due to the questions they've had to answer. All legitimate and above board and good to get a more detailed and honest appraisal of the FDA process from the company.

the FDA news is way overhyped people need to stop obsessing about that! be nice to get it but it's inevitable, not gonna make much of a difference to share price. And even david Smith says they are focusing on east Asian and european markets going forward. US deals will come but will be much farther down the line plenty of money to be made outside the US first! Check this interview out; everytime the FDA asks them a question the clock gets stopped until they get a response so as David admits they are only 50% of the way through the process. BOD are that... these guys have played an absolute blinder so far building a music app which has a virtual monopoly on the music side of the next big technological breakthrough. Bigger forces than Melody are at work here, Rome wasn't built overnight and not all deadlines or targets or going to be met along the way as Melody have their hands tied with a lot of things. Stop obsessing over daily or monthly price fluctuations, see the bigger picture; if you're not prepared to hold this one for 3 to 5 years then I suggest selling now and quit your ill informed whinging!

the NEC news didn't do much for share price did it so don't see that it matters. This is a 5 year hold people need to stop bricking it on a month to month basis. The future has just been spelled out in that glorious statement. You can't rush technology.

FDA approval is just a stepping stone into the US market - the approval in itself won't do much agreed but it is needed before the big US contracts can be agreed. This is a unique share imo; a unique product with no competition in a global market. Only one way this is going, todays prices are the gift of the century. Selling out now on the cusp of big news after holding so long is moronic in the extreme.

If you're out of it what are you commenting on here for? Can't see any catalyst what are you talking about? FDA approval imminent (we hope!) and the first commercial contracts starting to be announced. This is why we've been here for over a year - for this upcoming period till christmas. And you say there is no catalyst? Complete joker! Never been a better time to buy!

Have to say Andrew webley for someone with such a vast position in a company has shown incredible naivety and lack of foresight here. Continually denied the placing and championed David Fraser as an "honest guy". Nothing honest about this placing, disgusting in fact. The RNS has a dreadful tone to me sounds like a total duster. Hope I am wrong as got a large wedge invested here but Andrew admitting David Fraser has been avoiding his calls is setting huge alarm bells ringing. If I owned over 10% of a companies shares id be demanding some answers off the CEO not sat back still defending him!

Let's brake this walls virginity... I had 2k on at 3.12 and 1k on at 2.75 on first day of trading . Big gutted I managed to get on so early as price went down later in day. What did everyone else get on at? Good share this I think in long term.

He has kindly answered every single one of your negative points so hopefully you are man enough to come on here and either hold your hands up and admit you're a blatant deramper, or respond to the very detailed responses given by Ash. Either way thanks to both, it is valuable as a newcomer to this share to read all your the issues discussed and to understand the background a bit more. Certainly sound like a strong buy to me.

Still doing a bit of research on this share. Prospectus looks good. Mcap very low. Big potential. However yasx makes a lot of points there that no one has countered with facts. Might well be all nonsense but if so can someone explain this Trevor Brown business doesn't exactly read well does it? Very quiet this board for some reason perhaps it's so under radar very few have seen potential in it as yet? Those are the companies I like to invest in! Bit more info would be helpful tho.
