Big rumours Gaga is gonna announce a VR festival today with loads of artists involved. If its anyone other than us hosting it we may as well all pack up and move in together on Skint Street as our licences etc would clearly be worth nowt. However if it IS us then the things are about to get very interesting indeed!

A1EX you asked how it would be possible for us to meet the NASDAQ criteria for listing. The answer lies in share consolidation whereby the company reduce the overall number of shares available in the company by a set %. So if it was 5 to 1 say and you had 100,000 shares you would now have only 20,000 shares. However because everyone else has their shares reduced by 5x as well this has no negative affect on the value of your holding. What this means to the share price is that it will become a lot higher. It recently happened with BRD dont know the exact prices involved but it went from something like 0.5p to 50p upon share consolidation. Hope this helps.

Georgie Bores you have been warned about cross ramping before; I'm afraid I'm going to have to report you again - it's in your posts clear for all to see. You keep talking about EVR (Evraz) which is completely unrelated to this share, this share is EVRH. Sadly I have no other option than to report you for serial cross ramping and you know what they said last time. Was nice while it lasted!

Im not normally one to report posts but had to report Geordie then he was getting out of control. LSE are saying that if he posts anything of that nature again he will be banned outright from using their platform. Lets hope thats the last we here of the Geordie joker. Great post Wayne yes I'm also a huge music fan and that's what drew me to this initially, the potential chance of seeing my favourite bands play live without having to go to the venue is an incredible prospect. Like you I couldnt care about what format I get to see these gigs in, watching on my phone will be perfectly adequate and in many respects preferable as I spend 3 hours a day sat on a train with nothing to do. The game changer for Melody really was the introduction of the mobile app, no longer are we reliant on the mass take up of VR, we can become a household name on mobile only if necessary. I'm 40 and know many mates who would watch gigs via their phone. This is why I hope Melody don't focus all their attention on the younger market who may well be more likely to get into VR, but I would suggest people of my age with more disposable income, would be much more likely to subscribe to watch content via their phones. Cmon Melody give us middle aged guys something to get our wallets out for! Ian Brown in VR yes please!

They have a catalogue of over 800 shows I believe - however a lot of these will be from years ago and the quality may not be up to the standard the deem is now suitable for release - there is a distinct quality difference between the early shows (The Who etc) and the newer shows. Still I'm sure there'll still be a significant number of historic recordings that will soon see the light of day.

Seems to be a few decent competitors rising now in the VR music space - CeekVR seem to be doing a good job and have over 100,000 users of the app on Play Store. They have a range of similar agreements with big music labels to Melody. Has anyone tried this app how does the experience compare to Melody? Seem like quite a threat to me and no doubt others will be coming out of the woodwork soon enough. Huge year for Melody got to start owning this space with some regular and top quality content or others will take our place.

You have highlighted the main difference we have between Netflix and Spotify - we own our own content. Hence in the long term we will be a lot more profitable than both. Patience Timothy!

Ok lets compare it to Netflix instead. Again only just realised profit. The point is measuring a tech company on their profitability at this stage is more than idiotic. Hobbit you seem to flit from one side of the fence to the other - can't work out whether you support the company or not! Do agree they should be releasing more material for free to drive user numbers up and get people using the app. I said at the time that all the new 7 minute videos of the new artists should have been free - don't see many people even loyal fans paying £1.99 for a short video. Until the subscription model is released and the library ramped up substantially income from the current line up is going to be pittance. However this is extremely early days and by the end of this year I'm sure the bigger picture will be much clearer to us all. Can't wait for the 3p's to arrive as I will be going back in BIG! And for your info I am a user of the app - both on mobile and on Oculus. Can't understand anyone investing in this who isn't!
