Nikki Lambert has done a great job I don't see why anyone would be negative about her input.

I have no problem commenting on negative things I just call it as I see them at the time. My opinion on the bigger picture won't change one bit and think Nikki Lambert has done a great job in marketing us to the industry - the contacts and partnerships we have are incredible - however not everything they do is rainbows and unicorns and I'm just offering my opinion on how this could be improved.

If you want viewers then give the content out for free..... drive traffic to the site. No one bar their most hardened fans will buy that material and revenue will be tiny from it anyway with the number of followers they have. Much better to create free content out of these types of bands and use it to promote the app.

Got to admit that was absolute hogwash! 6 people watching that video! £1.99 to watch a 7 minute video of an unknown artist with a tiny following is not going to cut it for "music discovery month". Pathetic! No one in their right mind is going to pay £1.99 to watch a 7 minute video of someone they've never heard of. These videos should have been free to access to enhance the profile of the artists and to add some much needed traction to the app. Must do better... a lot better Melody VR!

Pleased to read you've spent a bit more time getting to know your investment Geordie. I do agree some of the older gigs like The Who, Kiss etc look quite grainy but if you watch some more of the more recent ones like liam Payne, Zedd, Wireless etc you will see the quality has dramatically improved. To answer your question I've bought quite a lot of content on both my phone and the Go. A full gig by Cypress Hill which I've watched over 10 times, and individual songs by The Streets, Kasabian, Jamiroquai and others. My big gripe at the mo which I have messaged Melody about and said on here several times is the inability to link bought purchases from the Go app to the phone app so if I wanted to watch the Cypress Hill gig again on my phone when travelling to work I'd have to buy it all again via the phone app which is a complete disgrace and needs resolving asap. The overall content for me at the moment is very poor considering they have released a monthly subscription via O2, I dont really see why anyone would pay a monthly charge for the content currently. I also agree they need to start focusing more on getting some older generational 80s and 90s content on there (obviously bands that are still going like charlatans, ian brown, the Gallagher's etc etc). I'm sure this will all come in time. In summary i think the actual execution and experience of the app is outstanding but now it just needs beefing out a lot more with content worth subscribing for.

Considering the BBC have exclusive broadcast rights until 2022 I doubt very much Melody will be there in any other capacity than music fans or to advertise the product via demonstartion stands or something.
