They have a strong position in Defence , Aerospace, Marine Automotive engineering so should be doing much better in current market.

Smaller, older, less efficient ships will in time be replaced by larger more efficient LNG vessels.
Reducing the number of turnaround ports makes sense, concentrate on fewer main ports that can take bigger ships. K

I think the US stock is generally more widely traded than Plc as apart from the cruising fraternity here there are few big holders . With Carnival buying Plc stock it makes one wonder their future plans. Cancel dual listing ? Float ( forgive the pun ) Plc ?
Who knows, sure everything is on the table in current circumstance .

EC, I’m with you but £30 a tad bullish in a year.
I’m making no forecast but very happy to see £20 with all vessels across all brands at sea.

Most lines will have hedged fuel prices at the low levels so the impact of higher prices will show later. K

HSBC cuts Carnival to £11.90 with Reduce recommendation.
Covid and now Ukraine have impacted US bookings.
