I'm continuing to hold because I believe these will come good eventually but I won't be considering buying anymore until low thirties. Even few weeks ago when we hit low thirties I didn't get anymore. I'm not sure what news they can give us while we wait until April for the assays that will help the SP what with Greenland hitting the brakes. If we start getting regular RNS's about Ireland I will know they are trolling us at that point

I feel like this drop is because they confirmed on Friday that we are unlikely to get assays until end of Q1. I’m not sure why they are planning on dragging it out so long but this is people taking their money out, and is the reason I believe Alba were sketchy with failing to tell us what had happened with the bulk samples as they knew the SP was going to drop right down.

I feel like we could be heading back to low thirties again soon- the only reason we rose from the low thirties a few weeks ago (caused by placing) to the low fifties again was due to media coverage- and this media coverage was based on speculation too. A lot of those articles ran with huge numbers of ounces potentially found in the gold vein but no gold has yet been found in the vein. I’m certain they will find gold in the vein but I think private investors got sucked in by huge numbers and after more research have realised nothing’s been confirmed = more money being taken out again by them

All of this is my opinion, this is not a statement intended to deramp- I’m just more of a realist with Alba nowadays

Just let us have our moans to get it out our systems :0) I feel better after my moan on here yesterday. I'd rather read people having a moan about something that's backed up with reasoning than the "they've mined all the gold in clogau and there's none left anymore" blatant deramping posts

Yanis some of us have been saying this afternoon we’re confused about that RNS. For a Lawyer GF did a terrible job writing that. It was like he gave us the answer to a maths question but didn’t show us any of his workings out so none of us are any the wiser. Especially as he didn’t bother telling us how much was the “small bulk sample” that was used

They wanted to woo the market by throwing out 20 grams but it fell flat when and backfired when people realised there was no real substance as to how they arrived at this number

Champin- well clearly I’m not the only one a bit peeved with them so it wasn’t made clear enough evidently

Trowtech - we were led to believe the 36t would be analysed in Cornwall, a lot of us assumed they had been sent there when the bulk samples were completed. Instead we find out months later they haven’t done anything with the bulk samples in all this time.
Agree Elir, I’m now very wary of Alba’s RNS’s things like this can be viewed as slippery. Think they knew SP would tank if everyone knew they were waiting for processing plant to run the samples themselves in January

Noobz, not here to make a quick buck no. I’ve aleays said I will be here long term. I don’t flip flop or trade this share at all, I just can’t be positive about Alba’s lack of communication about this the last few months

New lunar, as I just said I don’t have a problem with waiting, what I have a problem with is the breakdown in communication and lack of clarification from Alba the past few months since they finished collecting the bulk samples. They just needed to say they would analyse them using the pilot plant and hadn’t sent them to be independently analysed as we were led to believe. We have all been waiting and checking daily for nothing, and I wouldn’t have been on here daily checking for months if I had known results weren’t coming until January.

I’ve always been an assay results will get here when they get here type of person but I can’t help feeling a little mugged off today. I (wrongly) assumed they had sent off all 36 tons to be sampled independently but obviously that hadn’t been the case so we’ve been waiting for nothing. If they had told us they would be doing it via the pilot plant that would have been fine, I don’t mind waiting but it’s the confusion and waiting any day for months that’s made me feel quite peeved to be honest. Also only think we got what we did today in today’s RNS because shareholders were emailing them yesterday and they felt pressured to update

Why the panic? How many welsh lockdowns/ national lockdowns/ tiers have we been through now where they can continue to work as normal

Don’t bother updating us, we will all know if you’ve bought in when you change your tune on here and start ramping instead
