is that sound said 'we will do x' and this tells us they are doing x.
it adds to confidence in the BOD as far as I'm concerned.
I would like to hear news on phase2, the tax question (although I suspect it really is a non issue) and I'd like clarity on the Angus situation. Are we going for it? if so why? in detail. if not, just tell us a.s.a.p. and explain why it might have been a good idea.

for anyone who bought at 7p and sold near a pound, the jp era was a great result.
and before you say it, no, I didn't. but I held a modest amount during that time, which has been significantly increased since.

a company runs a Q&A to try to jkeep investors informed and they rightly state they can only discuss stuff in the public domain and an 'investor' says what's the point.
you can be damned sure that if they didn't run the Q&A the same 'investor' would moan about that.

btw you seem to have an odd investment syle as outlined in your quote below.

No, these rns' are required as part of the process which kicked off when Sound announced the proposed offer.
it does NOT mean the offer is going ahead.
nor for balance does it mean the offer isn't going ahead either.

rule 2.9 is straight forward.

when a pottential offer is announced (as it was) both offeree and offeror companies must declare total issued share capital.
standard practice and tells us nothing new.

Cenkos are sound Nomad.
as such any amount they sell must be declared.
They sold 23,809 shares at 2.075 so hardly earth shattering news.

There are new people that have joined Sound who I am sure Sound will introduce soon, including a project manager for the LNG project.

But, I wonder if they actually have any intention of doing it? As you say the ratio is not great.
I see three posibilities, either there is something in this deal that really does justify Sound doing it, or Sound have no actual intention of doing it and the 'offer' serves other purposes, or Graham has lost the plot.
